T, B lymphocytes in appendix basement of embryo emerge after 20 days. It is the initial shape of cecal tonsil. Crypt structure of conjunction of esophago and stomachus glandularis form obviously at 4 days. It is the initial shape of esophago tonsil. The germinal center firstly emerges in these three organs at 14 days. With the increase of day age, the characteristic structure peripheral immune organs gradually develop mature. Spleen achieve mature at 21 days and cecal tonsil at 35 days.2. IgM~+ and IgA~+ cells in spleen of embryo emerge at 15 days. IgG~+ cell, CD3~+ and CD8~+T lymphocytes of embryo emerge at 20 days. CD3~+, CD8~+ and IgM~+ cells in cecal tonsil of embryo emerge at 20 days. However CD4~+, IgG~+ and IgA~+ cells all emerge in 1 day age chicken out of crust. CD3~+, CD4~+, CD8~+, IgM~+ and IgG~+ cells in esophago tonsil of embryo all emerge at 20 days. However IgA~+ cells emerge in 1 day age chicken out of crust.3. The amount of T, B lymphocytes in peripheral immune organs increase follow with the increase of day age, and hold an upgrade tendency. The amount of T, B lymphocytes in spleen achieved stabilization at 21 days, and in tonsil of esophago and appendix at 35 days.

The resulting populations of proteins were considered as induced protein positive to heat stress. Using LC-ESI MS/MS, several proteins were identified, including glyoxalase I and 3beta-hydroxysteriod dehydrogenase. Degenerative primers were designed and RACE technique was applied to obtain the complete gene sequences of the two-mentioned proteins from heat-sensitive and heat-tolerant tomatoes.

Behaviour ecology, physio-ecology and community ecology of vines in the evergreen broad-leaved forest of Tiantong National Forest Park, Zhejiang Province, China, were studied and rich first-hand data were collected in this project.Some vines with different climbing motheds were much different in leaf anatomy, ecophysiology, growth rhythm and behavior, and another vines with same climbing methods showed similar adaptation to habitat, on which their distribution in a forest depended. The concept of climbing unit consisted of internode, leaves and tendrils or other climbing organs on it was put forth, and the method to calculate and value the climbing capaity of a vine was set up. In the meantime,experimental ecology of a twining vine Humulus scandens was carried out.
本项目以浙江天童常绿阔叶林为基地,从行为生态、生理生态和群落生态学等角度较系统深入地研究了常绿阔叶林藤本植物的生态适应特征,取得了丰富的第一手资料,结果表明不同攀援类型的藤本在形态结构、生理生态、生长和攀援行为上表现出明显的差异,而同一攀援类型的藤本表现出较大的趋同适应的特征,但也存在着差异,这些特征或差异决定了它们在群落中分布的层次和与支持木之间的作用方式;提出了攀援单位的概念,初步建立了攀援能力的测定和评估方法。

Properties of FRP materials have been improved by experimental and analysis on hybrid of two or three kinds of fiber, and various products have been manufactured accordingly. At the same time, the resin and equipment that are suitable for those FRP materials have been developed. A series of key applied techniques, such as strengthening of steel structures, masonry structures and concrete structures reinforced with prestressed FRP, lossless inspectability of structures and so on, have been developed though experimental research according to requests of engineering. There are four codes and guidelines for applying FRP techniques to construct foundational establishment. Among them, one technical specification was published in May 2003. It can be standardization of applying FRP materials on engineering. There have been more than one hundred engineerings strengthened with FRP materials since 1999 based on research and investigation of FRP materials and techniques.
