During the investigation of the reactivity of O_SCl_2(PPh_3)_2CH=C(PPh_3CHCH=CH_2 and O_SCl_2(PPh_3)_2CH=C(PPh_3C(=CH_2)CH=CH2, several stable osmacycles with novel structure, such as osmabenzenes, osmafurans, osmacycles containing intramolecular-coordinated allene, intramolecular-coordination osmacycles containing osmacarbene, an osmacyclopentadiene, were isolated during the investigation of the reactivity of O_SCl_2(PPh_3)_2CH=C(PPh_3CHCH=CH_2 and O_SCl_2(PPh_3)_2-CH=C(PPh_3C(=CH_2)CH=CH_2.In addition, some convenient and efficient methods to prepare these osmacycles were developed.

More information about their structure and function relationship will be meaningful in understanding the molecular mechanism of ion pump and conformation alteration during ion transport and sensory transduction. In this paper, we report screening strains from samples collected from Ebi lake and Altun moutain Aqik lake, Xinjiang Province, and got 60 clonies from them. We choose 8 of them for further investigation and confirmed that they all belong to the Halobacteriaceae genus and through comparasion of several minute diffrerence medium we had the optimal medium for their growth.. Through this procedure we had established a set of methods for screening clonies from wild environment.and isolation and purification of these archaerhodopsin. Furthermore we used PCR method to identify their DNA sequence.
我们从新疆艾比湖和海拔4250米的阿尔金山阿其克库勒湖中采集到水样、土样和冰样,从中分离出60个单菌落,挑选了8个单菌落进行活化和扩大培养,确证了它们属于嗜盐菌属;确定了它们的最适生长条件;建立了一套完整的从野生环境样品中筛选嗜盐菌菌株的完整方法;摸索出了提取它们中的古紫质蛋白的方法;进行了初步PCR鉴定,为后续研究奠定了良好基础。

Chapter two reviews the literature in this field. Chapter three and four point out the problems existing in our country's loan-loss provision accounting policy and practice. Chapter five to chapter eight systematically review the experiences of amphibolous, debate, conflict and harmonize process of ALLL standards in America since 1975, as well as the latest dynamics on the measurement model of loan asset. The problems, experience and lessons of the whole process are analyzed from the professional perspectives of accounting recognition, measurement and disclosure. Chapter nine gives some suggestions to our country's loan-loss provision accounting policy based on the American experience. Chapter ten concludes.

Grew on the normal temperature, it was shown that the deposits of calcium antimonate being the indicator for Ca(superscript 2+) localization mainly concentrated within the vacuoles and intercellular spaces and there was also some Ca(superscript 2+) deposits in cell walls. But when Garyota urens L. was treated by the temperature of 2℃ for 48 h, the level of Ca(superscript 2+) increased in cytoplasm and plasma membrane, but decreased in vacuoles and intercellular spaces considerably. At the same time, the ultrastructure of chloroplasts suffered from chilling: the membrane of chloroplasts had been damaged, the layer of thylakoids was exiguous and unclear, the photosynthetic rate decreased evidently. And when Garyota urens L. was treated by the temperature of 2℃ for 120 h, the deposits of Ca(superscript 2+) mainly concentrated within the cytoplasm, nucleus and plasma membrane and there was also some Ca(superscript 2+) deposits in vacuoles, and the ultrastructure of some cells was simultaneously damaged severely: Chloroplasts structure, vacuole membrane and nuclear membrane had been damaged fully, the structure within the cell had become unclear, and the cell only have respiration.

Next the discussion in this study, about an ellipse with an angle of attack and two circular cylinders with different diameters in the flow, the aim of this study is investigated for the ability of the present numerical method by solving the suppression of the vortex shedding flow behind the two-cylinder system which was kind of difficult to reach by a Cartesian grid method. In this study, the suppression of the vortex shedding flow is tested to solve a uniform flow past through two different diameter cylindrical in the flow field with Fractional Step Method and Immersed Boundary Method.The numerical method which we investigated is showed that the results of the problem is appropriable in other literatures.
