In this paper we have studied the Upper bound for the time derivative of information entropy for a dynamical system driven by colored cross-correlated colored noises. The Fokker-Planck equation was obtained by using the unified colored noise approximation. The upper bound for the rate of entropy change can be calculated explicitly based on the definition of Shannon's information entropy and the Schwartz inequality principle.

Future more, by discussing the general form of Binet's equation of celestial body motion orbit and it's solution of the advance of the perihelion of planets, the relations and differences between the continuous orbit theory and Newton's gravitation theory and Einstein's general relativity are given. And by discussing the fractional-dimension expanded equation for the celestial body motion orbits, the concrete equations and the prophesy data of discrete orbit or stable orbits of celestial bodies which included the planets in the Solar system, satellites in the Uranian system, satellites in the Earth system and satellites obtaining the Moon obtaining from discrete orbit theory are given too.

First, the Lyapunov functional and variation of constants method are adopted to study the effect that Sigmoid function and the relation of resistance, capacitance and current in Hopfield neural networks have on the stability of networks. The stability criterion constructed by physics parameters is obtained. Thus how the constrained relation of physics parameters affects the stability of Hopfielf neural networks is clear. Based on the study above, the perturbation model of recurrent neural networks is constructed. And the theorems of the existence of solution of perturbation model are presented.

In this paper, we first give an example that the bilateral weighted shift operator in c_0space is hypercyclic operator and first solve the existence problem of hypercyclic operator in c_0or c_0(Z space . And then we investigate the property of weighted shift operator in c_0 space and an important property of the hypercyclic vector of weighted shift operator in c_0 space and c_0 space. At last we give the concept of weak hypercyclic operator and weak hypercyclic vector , and give the equivalence between the weak hypercyclicity and the hypercyclicity in l~1 space.
