The seeds of rice mutants with Ac/Ds elements inserted from rice variety Dongjin were selected and the callus were induced from scutellum of mature embryo. Ca(superscript 2+) with different concn. was added into the selected optimum enrichment, differentiation and rooting medium to study the effect of Ca(superscript 2+) on proliferation, differentiation and rooting of rice callus.

方法］选用水稻品种Dongjin的Ac/Ds插入突变株系的种子，从成熟胚盾片诱导出愈伤组织，在筛选出的最适增殖、分化及生根培养基中添加不同浓度的Ca(上标 2+)，研究Ca(上标 2+)对水稻愈伤组织增殖、分化及生根的影响。

Based on systematic analysis, nine seismometry parameters that response earthquakes well in North China are selected, which are seismic frequency, seismicity scale, mf-value, b-value, D-value,η-value, seismicity intensity entropy and seismicity time entropy. Using synthetic anomaly index method, we calculated their seismic anomaly index values separately and synthesized these values into a chronogenesis curve. After studying its short-term anomaly characteristics to earthquakes, the criterion index for M≥5.8 earthquakes in North China is obtained. The R-value test indicts that it has good prediction effect.

在系统分析并筛选出华北地区地震频度、地震活动标度、mf值、调制比、b值、D值、η值、地震活动强度熵和地震活动时间熵等映震较好的9项测震学参数基础上，应用综合异常指数方法，分别计算了它们各自的地震异常指数时序值，进而合成得到华北地区测震学综合异常指数时序曲线，通过研究其地震短期异常特征，给出了华北地区M≥5.8地震短期综合预测的判据指标，经R值评分检验表明，该指标具有较好的地震预测效能。

The method consists of tree steps: enhancement, contour segmentation, and feature selection. In this study, our method is able to enhance the signals from masses and extract the useful contour feature from the segmented regions. The ruler method of fractal dimension computed for each case was used to form a contour feature. These feature measures can be input to a classifier based on sorting. The experimental results show that our scheme can provide useful contour extraction for spiculation structures in mammographic images.

我们的研究目的是在乳房的X光影像中选取肿瘤怀疑的区域，分成三步骤，影像前处理、轮廓分割、特徵选取，找出具有星状物轮廓的肿瘤，我们的方法首先强化肿瘤组织，接著有效分割出肿瘤的轮廓，最后利用规则式的碎形维度计算其轮廓特徵值，接著排序分出肿瘤轮廓类别，实验结果证明我们的方法可有效侦测出星状物肿瘤轮廓及其特徵。

But the optimal carbon content is 29% for iron sponge to treat DSD acid oxidation wastewater. Under condition of the wastewater's pH value of 3 to 5 and the reaction time of 40min, the removal rates of COD and color are 68% and 90%, respectively. The BOD/COD ratio is up to 0.425 when DSD oxidation acid water is treated with sponge iron.
