Firstly, the three-dimension boundary question and its corresponding variation question concerning the point-source electrical field on a 3-D structure are presented. Secondly, the finite element method is used to solve the variational equation. The study area is divided into many tetrahedral elements. Then, we interpolate with a tri-linear function in each element. So, the variational equation is converted into a linear equation system. Finally, taking into account saving of time, we make use of symmetric successive overrelaxation preconditioned conjugate gradient algorithm to solve large linear system, and obtain the potential value of each node, resulting in the calculation of the apparent resistivity values on the ground surface.

As well, ACA outperforms GA in performance on average. 2. Through the analysis and studying of Ant colony algorithm and Flow shop scheduling problem, a construction graph is introduced. Two ant colony algorithms are proposed and analyzed for solving the flow shop scheduling problem with the objective of minimizing the flowtime. The Initialization of parameters and updating of trail intensities and probability is described respectively and a newly local search technique is proposed. Last is the experiment and the comparison shows that the PACA performs better than the FACA in the case of relatively large-sized problems than in the case of relatively small-sized problems.
通过对基本蚁群算法的实现过程和流水调度问题进行研究,给出了求解流水调度问题的解构造图,提出了两种蚁群算法来求解以总流程时间最小为目标的流水调度问题-FACA 蚁群算法和PACA 蚁群算法,分别给出了FACA 蚁群算法和PACA 蚁群算法的参数初始化方式、相对应的信息素更新方法和概率分布规则,并提出了局部搜索模式,最后进行模拟试验,对这两种算法进行比较,试验结果表明:对于较大规模的问题,PACA 蚁群算法要优于FACA 蚁群算法,而对于较小规模的问题,FACA 蚁群算法优于PACA蚁群算法。

In this dissertation, we develop the research work of the following three aspects based on existed work.First, using the scale-invariant property of multiscale model, i.e. Markovian among scales, a method of qth-order tree-based for multiscale representation of a class of 1-D stochastic process is presented. The multiscale stochastic model is established. The representation forms of parameter matrices, such as, the state transition matrix, the disturbance matrix, the initial state and the corresponding covariance matrix are deduced in detail. The multiscale sample paths based on distinctive order tree are presented by computer simulation.

The changes of nutrition in milk treated with different technologies are also determined. Results showed that, 1 higher pressure, longer holding time and more alternative times favour a larger destruction of microorganisms; 2 the combined effect of hurdle technology and pressure on the destruction of microorganisms in fresh raw milk is more effective than only using pressure treatment, among which the effect of ε-polylysine on inactivation of microorganism in fresh raw milk is more effective than that of Nisin with the same concentration of 100mg/L; 3 the whole proteins in milk treated by the different types of sterilization have been detected by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, and comparing with the whole proteins' electrophoretogram of fresh raw milk, we found that the first spectrum band near the negative pole was disappeared and the colours of the second spectrum band was tint in UHT, pasteurism and 500MPa treated milks, which was suggested that some proteins' subunits were dissociated, but the 400MPa treated milk showed the similar eletrophoretogram with the fresh raw milk; 4 the loss of threonine, VA and VC in high pressure treated milk was more less than those in pasteurism treated milk, in particular threonine and VA were almost retained, and the contents of VB1 and VB2 in the former are also more than that in the latter; 5 high pressure treated milk had longer shelf life than pasteurism treated milk, extending the sale semidiameter of milk.

The article studied on processing technology of tomato beverage using tomato as material, they did experiment aim to increase juice yield , stability of the beverge and to keep colour. The results indicated juice yield is able to reach 81.5% after preheating, adding pectase , pressure filtering, the processing technology improved the utilization of tomato.
