According to the comparison analysis for the force-displacement relationship obtained from stets of earthquake simulation tests for 3 RC single story structures and the quasi-static test for one RC single story structure (identical with the former 3 models), as well as the analyses for the natural frequency change of the 3 RC single story structures with the increase of the excitation levels, it is found that the accumulated hysteretic energy-dissipation capacity is critical for the structural safety even after serious damage.

本文首先通过对近场破坏性地震动的特性分析，给出了脉冲型地震动的量化定义，并通过研究归一化反应谱变化规律的方法，分析了两类脉冲组合即：波前脉冲组合以及波后脉冲组合对于主脉冲作用效应的影响，总结归纳出波前脉冲与波后脉冲对主脉冲作用效应的不同贡献规律，并通过单层钢结构模型的地震模拟振动台试验验证了理论分析结果，为进一步研究揭示脉冲型地震动中主脉冲的破坏能力奠定了基础。

The proposed framework has a strong significance in real practice. In part 4, in the terms of mushrooming new marketing methods, the paper applied them into city marketing. First, by studying state marketing, the part reminded city marketers to pay attention to the external policy environment for city marketing. This part focused on the method that helps city to develop by taking advantages of state marketing. Second, this part reminded city marketer to pay attention to the internal citizens environment, by focusing on the method that helps the city to form a composition of forces, which is taking advantages of social marketing, and conforming city value concepts. Third, by studying experience marketing, this part reminded city marketers that pay attention to the psychological factors of city customers in city marketing, focusing on the methods that strengthen the city attractiveness, which is taking advantages of experience marketing, and subliming the inner experience of city customers.

第四部分，将近年来涌现出的新营销方法应用于城市营销之中，首先，通过对国家营销的研究，提出不可忽略城市营销中的外部政策环境，重点研究了城市营销如何借国家营销之大势，得以借力发展的方法；其次，通过对体验营销的研究，提出不可忽视城市营销中的&城市顾客&心理因素，重点研究了如何借体验营销之递进，使&城市顾客&逐步对城市产生归属感，从根本上增强城市吸引力；第三，通过对社会营销的研究，提出不可忽视城市营销的内部环境，重点研究了如何借社会营销之内力，统一城市价值观，形成城市营销合力。

But at present the forests that can be cut down are fewer, so that the forestry industries are very difficult, and the situation has been very hard for the economic activities for the people there and the sustainable development of the city. Under such background, this paper does research on the problem of the sustainable development in the forestry resource-based city, find the relationship between the cut of the forest and economic development, and the problems in the economic develop process and the reasons of the declining. Then I construct the dynamic model of the sustainable development in economic in Yichun, in order to find the reciprocities among the population, resource and economics to provide more scientific data to the deciders. From the model, we can get the sustainable mode in the forestry resource-based cities.

本文就是在这种背景下，研究林业资源型城市的经济可持续发展问题，探讨林业资源开发与经济可持续发展的耦合关系，以及林业资源型城市经济发展存在的问题及经济衰退原因，并通过建立伊春市发展的系统动力学模型，进而揭示出城市发展过程中，人口、资源、经济之间的相互作用关系，为决策者做出正确的决策提供更加科学准确的技术支持，试图找出林业资源型城市可持续发展的系统优化模式，同时，把系统动力学方法引入林业资源型城市经济可持续发展研究领域，为解决相关问题探索一种新的方法与思路。

基于理想同步电动机模型，以相绕组为研究对象，对双电枢绕组同步电动机的动态数学模型进行了研究，首次推导出双电枢绕组同步电动机在d-q坐标系的动态数学模型，绘出了d-q坐标系等效电路。

Through research and analysis of data, it was observed that the length and width of bark fiber varied according to the lop and age, the results show the fiber of the Salix bark is longer than the Salix and width of fiber almost same, fiber length of the Salix bark mainly influenced by the times of lop. The ash in Salix bark,1% Sodium Hydroxide Solubility in Salix bark, water solubility in Salix bark, Ethanol-Toluene in Salix bark, acid-insoluble lignin in Salix bark changed with the lop and age is also been investigated, the component of Salix bark is higher than Salix except acid-insoluble lignin,and it's high effected by times of lop; the TG analysis and DSC analysis is been used on the Salix bark and Salix to study the character of the hot-action, and the rang of the pyrogenate temperature is confirm; the quantity of Salix bark effect on the MOR, MOE, swelling in 24h water, nail withdraw and inner strength was determined, the results show that the Salix bark notability effect on the properties of board and dropped it; the properties of the Salix bark board is nearly the board product by other bark residues, it was established the multi regression equation of each properties and optimized the fitting produce condition of Salix bark board.

通过试验和数据处理，得出了沙柳树皮纤维长度、宽度随平茬和材龄的变化规律，结果表明沙柳树皮长度要比沙柳材的要长，宽度基本相同，沙柳树皮纤维长度主要受平茬次数的影响；找出了沙柳树皮中灰分、冷热水抽出物为、1%NaOH抽出物为，甲苯乙醇抽出物、酸不溶木素与平茬次数和材龄之间的关系，除酸不溶木素外，其他成分均明显高于沙柳材，沙柳树皮的化学成分主要受平茬次数的影响；利用TG和DSC法分析了沙柳树皮和沙柳材的反应热特征，确定了热解的温度范围；研究了沙柳树皮量对于刨花板MOR、MOE、吸水厚度膨胀率、握钉力以及内结合强度的影响，结果证明沙柳树皮量对于刨花板的各项性能指标影响显著，它的掺入降低了刨花板的各项性能；对沙柳树皮板的研究表明，沙柳树皮板的各项性能与同类树皮板的性能基本相近，建立的二次回归模型稳定，并利用回归方程求出了适宜的沙柳树皮板制造工艺。

本研究首先以离线的方式收集各类牙科噪音，然后将它传递到个人电脑，并使用CoolEdit及LabVIEW软体程式，分析出在牙科治疗过程中所产生之噪音的频率范围，最后透过各种比较，找出适当的截止频率，在截止频率(1KHz)被决定之后；针对该截止频率，使用主动式滤波的方式设计出相关的电路，组成主动式噪音率除系统，来滤除那些高於截止频率的噪音信号，只保留语音频率范围；此外透过mp3或cd player所播放出的音乐讯号，也可以同时被传递到耳塞系统来增加信号杂讯比，那麼当病人在治疗时，因为有这音乐可以使病人的焦虑跟紧张获得舒缓。
