The average percentage of polymorphic bands are 72.06% for ISSR and 66.67% for RAPD respectively. The genetic diversity of ginkgo revealed by ISSR (the average effective number of alleles is 1.8780, the average Nei"s gene diversity is 0.4652, and the average Shannon"s information index is 0.6574) are all higher than those by RAPD (the average effective number of alleles is 1.7842, the average Nei"s gene diversity is 0.4317, and the average Shannon"s information index is 0.6211), while the standard errors of the parameters estimated by ISSR were lower. Therefore, ISSR molecular markers are more suited than RAPD molecular markers when testing the genetic diversity of ginkgo populations and determining the genetic relationship of among populations or among individuals which are much similar hereditarily.
本文应用RAPD和ISSR两种分子标记技术,选取中国5个可能的野生银杏居群共计75个样品,对其遗传多样性进行了研究,得出以下结论:(1)用筛选出的12个RAPD引物和10个ISSR引物进行PCR扩增,分别扩增出65条和68条重复性高、清晰的条带,多态性位点百分率分别66.67%和72.06%,ISSR揭示的银杏遗传多样性(平均有效等位基因数目为1.8780,平均基因多样度为0.4652,平均信息指数为0.6574)高于RAPD所得到的结果(平均有效等位基因数目为1.7842,平均基因多样度为0.4317,平均信息指数为0.6211),其所估算参数的标准差要低于RAPD所估算出的值,因此,在研究亲缘关系非常近的银杏物种的遗传多样性并试图确定居群间或个体间的遗传关系时,ISSR分子标记技术比RAPD分子标记技术更为合适。

The comparative study on vegetation background survey of the stationsand the comparison on level of phytocoenology on zonal habitats indicates thatthe diminishment of the numbers of families,genus and species,compositionof life types,diversity of communities and habitats,;and the increscence in theproportion of photosynthesis functional groups of C3/C4 plant,richness ofspecies,density of tussock and tiller,diversity of species,evenness,leaf areaindex,leaf area duration,dry matter production of communities alongside thelatitude increasing and the temperature decreasing;and the dynamic curve ofthe community productivity also tend to steadily increase along with thetemperature going up and the heat accumulation gradually in moderate-temperate steppe station from violent fluctuation along with seasonal badly-distribution of precipitation in warm-temperature steppe station;manifestingthat transformable tendency of productivity pattern of the community from morevigorous net assimilation,sparser and higher crops stricture of tussock and tiller,and possession on more resources by less species inclined to thicker in densityof crops,superior effectiveness of multi-leaves and pattern of multi-speciesresource sharing,reflecting that bigger disparity of the vegetationcharacteristics and the style of the community growth in the two differentthermal-type steppe stations owing to background of natural-historicenvironment and combination of water and heat.
内蒙古草原区两个不同热量型研究站点植被本底调查和显域地境群落学水平的比较研究表明:随纬度增加和气温降低,植物科、属、种的数目,生活型组成,群落类型和生境类型的多样性均趋于减少,而C3/C4光合功能群比值和群落的物种丰富度,株丛密度,物种多样性,群落均匀度,叶面积指数,叶面积持续时间和群落干物质生产能力均趋于增加,群落生产力动态曲线从随天然降水的季节分布不均而剧烈波动趋向于随气温逐渐升高和热量逐步积累而稳定增长,显示出两站点植物群落从较为旺盛的群体净同化作用、较为稀疏高大的群体结构和少数物种占有较多群落资源的生产力格局向较高的群体密度、优良的多叶性能和多物种资源共享的群落生产力格局转变,反映出在内蒙古草原区不同的自然历史环境背景和不同的温度条件及其水热组合状况影响下,两个不同热量型草原站点植被性质的分异特征和显域地境群落生长模式的较大差别。

The antifatigue function of more than forty kinds of insect,fungi,bacteria and algae was studied and sifted first in this study by detecting swimming endurance and biochemical indexes. Then,in order to choose the better ones from the compoud additives formulas composed of L-carnitine, taurine, octacosanol,vitaminE and insectA ,a cross design experiment was done. InsectA was discovered in the first experiment that it greatly improved the antifatigue function in mice. Finally, the acute toxicities, thirty-day feeding effects and the mechanisms of No. 1 antifatigue compoud additives(No.1ACF) were studied.
本研究首先通过小鼠游泳耐力试验和血液生化指标的测定对40余种昆虫、菌藻的抗疲劳作用进行了筛选;在此基础上,应用正交设计方法对以L-肉碱、二十八醇、牛磺酸和本实验筛选出的抗疲劳功效较好的昆虫A为原料的配方进行了抗疲劳作用筛选,并对筛选出的最佳配方,即抗疲劳复方添加剂1号配方进行了小鼠急性经口毒性试验、30天喂养试验和抗疲劳作用机理研究。

Sequences of modified genes GOX and CP4-EPSPS in GM canola and that of modified gene Cryla in GM cotton were decoded and the conservative sequences of exogenous resistant genes: PLRVrep, PVYcp and CryⅢA in GM potato: New leaf〓 PLUS and New leaf〓 Y were confirmed using the modified exogenous gene decoding technique and isogenous sequence similarity BLAST analysis. Bases on DNA sequences studied above, conventional PCR primers were designed and selected in an optimized way and the conventional PCR detection protocol for exogenous resistant genes in 19 GM crops was established.
