研究结果表明：积极开发利用传统乡土体育资源是提高农村中小学体育教育质量的有效途径，也是提高农村中小学体育教学质量的重要举措；要深化农村中小学的体育课程改革，应该引入更多的传统体育项目进入农村中小学；建立传统体育资源库；加大对传统体育的宣传力度，积极营造校园传统体育文化氛围；发挥传统体育资源应有的优势，体现农村体育的弹性和地方特色；体现传统体育文化知识运动技能的传承，传统体育能力、情感及价值观的培养和良好心理品质培养；体现健康的实效性与学生运动兴趣相统一。

Therefore, this study focuses on:(1) the establishment of an integrated syndromic surveillance system that can automatically collect data from hospital emergency departments in Taipei City in a timely and flexible fashion,(2) development of effective algorithms for early detection of disease outbreaks using data of routinely collected chief complaints or ICD-9 CM codes, and (3) provision of friendly interfaces for the presentation of surveillance data to provide information for healthcare workers and decision-makers at different levels of position in hospitals in order to enhance the capability in the detection and prevention of disease outbreaks.

本研究尝试在台北市建置开发急诊症候群侦测系统，整合医院急诊资料，利用主诉或国际疾病代码(ICD-9-CM)，自动监视和侦测相关疾病群组，并提供适当的权限管理和弹性的操作介面，让院内感染控制与公共卫生决策者监视动态定义疾病症候群的分析结果，以期望及早发现疾病的流行和提升防疫能力。

二、叶片基元展向匹配方面，本研究从影响负荷最大化的叶身展向积迭注：原(来源：ABC论文35网www.abclunwen.com指掠弯是裕度定制的一部分，为方便论述，本文将此统一论述为裕度定制、叶尖间隙、叶片与端壁角区这三个最重要因素出发，探讨了各因素影响负荷最大化的机理，并由此给出了最大负荷设计过程中的技术措施和努力方向。1从掌控风扇/轴流压气机裕度方法回顾入手，探析了美国和俄罗斯裕度控制方法及相应特点，结合对&掠/弯&因素的认识提出了裕度定制技术：并开发了能够体现裕度定制思想的二维特性预估方法，可在二维层面下方便快捷地考虑以掠/弯为代表的叶片基元展向积迭以及叶片排间轴向间距带来的影响；2借鉴Denton关于不可压叶尖泄漏损失的理论分析，推导出适用于可压缩流动的叶尖泄漏掺混损失计算的基本关系式。
