The process features and shape features of the electronic part are classified and defined, and then the feature model library is built, which enables rapid input of the part information. The rules and methods of stamping process design are summarized to build the stamping process library, so that the stamping process can be designed rapidly and intelligently. Furtherly, the process design rules and methods in process station layout of multi-station progressive die as well as the methods of decompounding and compounding process and the expression method of the process station layout are concluded and summarized, and then the rule library and case library of process station layout are built. Designing the process station layout rapidly is carried out based on rules and cases. At last the rapid design function of process station layout is validated through simulating the rapid designing layout system of multi-station progressive die on Pro/E 3D platform.
主要研究成果有:对电子产品冲压件的工艺特征与形状特征进行了分类和定义,建立了特征模型库,实现了冲压件信息的快速输入;归纳了冲压工艺设计规则和方法,建立了冲压工艺知识库,实现了冲压工艺快速与智能化设计;归纳总结了多工位级进模工步排样中的工序设计原则和方法,工序分解与工序组合方法,工步排样知识的表示方法,建立了工步排样规则库和实例库,利用基于规则和实例的推理方法,实现了工步排样的快速设计;在Pro/E三维软件平台上开发了电子产品多工位级进模工步排样快速设计系统,系统通过实例验证了工步排样的快速设计功能。

Synthetically considering these characteristics, the method of freeway management and control are presented according to four aspects: system objective orientation and concept design, system demand and requirement analysis, system data management and network structure, traffic control and accident detecting theory as well as its application. Function and structure of system are delimitated from the point view of integration. Construction and function demand of subsystem are analyzed and basic implement projects are presented. In this thesis, system data flow and management method and target which based on system network topology structure and equipment demand are described. Traffic modeling ideology and the process of making dynamic model as well as accident detecting program are presented with centralized and distributed traffic control theory in detail, then freeway ramp control theory which based on predictive model and its theoretic pattern are explored. Finally, based on the object oriented programming, program of accident detecting and checking on freeway is developed by using visual C++ as tool.
论文综合考虑高速公路交通管理系统的上述特征,分别从系统目标定位及概念设计、系统需求分析、系统数据管理及网络结构分析、交通控制与交通事件检测理论与应用四个层面,对高速公路交通管理与控制问题进行了系统阐述,界定了系统的功能及各功能的实现要求,并从系统集成角度划分了系统的结构;分析了各子系统的信息、功能、建设等方面的需求,给出了基本实施方案要求;对系统数据流程进行了描述和梳理,提出了数据管理的方法、目标及措施,分析、设计了系统网络拓扑结构及设备需求;阐述了交通模型的建模思想和动态交通模型的建立过程,对集中式和分散式全局交通控制理论进行了详细的分析,提出了基于预测的高速公路匝道控制理论,并对理论模式及相关的问题进行了研究,分析了高速公路事件检测系统,并采用面向对象的编程思想,以Visual C++为编写工具,开发了高速公路事件检测系统分析软件。

A computerized welding arc spectrum information sampling and processing system are developed to study of the ultraviolet spectrum distribution feature. Corresponding softwares also is developed. A process for sampling the ultraviolet spectrum automatically and the real-time monitoring of welding parameter are realized. based on the principles of the physics of arc and spectroscopy the information of welding arc ultraviolet spectrum sampled is changed and processed.

The purpose of this study is to explore the trend of CO2 emission in the electricity industry. An input-output analysis and FGP along with the IPCC method are employed to estimate the volume of CO2 emission produced from power sources in the electricity industry from 1996 to 2006, focusing on the correlation between derived energy and carbon dioxide. The potential volume of CO2 emission in Taiwan between the years 2007 and 2015 is also estimated according to the information on the government's long-term development program. Furthermore, the input-output approach and FGP model is constructed to draft future CO2 reduction program for the electric power industry. The program includes fuel substitute of dynamotors and the promotion of electrical efficiency; at the same time, analysis is made on the correlation between CO2 and GDP in this reduction program.
摘要 研究目的为探讨电力事业中二氧化碳排放趋势,以投入产出分析法及模糊目标规划法搭配IPCC方法,推估1996~2006年间整体产业各能源二氧化碳排放量,重点为次级能源电力与二氧化碳间的关联性,并依据我国长期开发方案所提供资料推估我国2007~2015年间二氧化碳排放量,并进一步建构投入产出模糊规划模型,拟定未来电力事业可行的二氧化碳减量方案,方案包括发电机组燃料替代与电力效率提高两种,并且分析减量方案中产业二氧化碳与GDP两者间的关系。
