From the aspects of technical aesthetics and industrial design for FRP,author advances the basie concept of industrial design and main factor as well as relationship betwecn the design and aesthetics.

本文从技术美学和工业设计角度，作者通过近年来的研究提出了一些观点，如工业设计的基本概念；工业设计基本要素；工业设计与技术美学的关系；玻璃钢产品造型与成型技法；玻璃钢产品开发与工业设计；建立玻璃钢工业设计队伍等方面阐述了建立玻璃钢工业设计的重要性和现实意义。

The following key future research fields are needed to understand and predict Antarctic Ice Sheet mass balance: Observation and modeling of the surface elevation changes, determination of surface mass balance and its distribution over drainage basins as well as fluxes at the grounding lines and the bottom melting underneath ice shelves, understanding of the deglaciation history, development, comparison and improvement of all kinds of models related to modeling and prediction of ice sheet mass balance.

南极冰盖物质平衡未来的重点研究领域是开展冰盖表面高程变化的监测与模拟，确定表面物质平衡及其在各冰流盆地的分布，着地线的冰流通量，冰架底部的融化，了解冰后期冰盖退缩的动力过程，以及开发、对比和改进与冰盖物质平衡模拟和预测相关的各种模型。关键词：南极冰盖；物质平衡；进展与展望

After many years of development,tourism planning in our country developed quickly.But there still existed some problems as patterning,ignoring the local characteristics of district and lack of cooperation and competition study of tourism space in and outside the district,etc.All this resulted in improper orientation in function,products and market of the district,and items designed were similar to nearby districts.

经过多年旅游开发实践的驱动，我国旅游规划工作有了长足发展，但目前仍存在旅游规划模式化，忽视规划区的"地方性"，缺乏规划区的区际与区内旅游空间竞争与合作关系研究等，使规划区功能、产品、市场等定位不准，策划的项目与周边区域雷同等问题突出。

This thesis is about the key technologies of this project including energy saving and parametric design and optimization of the hybrid electric transit bus.

本文的研究内容是承担的"863"项目的关键技术环节，研究成果为混合动力汽车参数设计与控制奠定了基础，是形成自主开发能力所必须掌握的关键技术之一，也是本文研究内容所具有的重要意义所在。

The main work in this paper as follows: the concept and system of the network user's behavior has been studied, and the user has been classified by those in this basic; the frame, step, module function of establishing network user's behavior analyzing system has been discussed and some common methods in network customer's behavior analyzing process have also been discussed; the information source of the network customer's behavior analysis system has been studied in this paper, and also combined the relevant processes which came out by web data mining methods; the data-processing software was developed by VC and SQL Server 2000. The Web log data in SWUST campus network have been analyzed by gathering type and regression.

本论文主要工作如下：研究了网络用户行为的概念与体系，并在此基础上进行了用户分类；探讨了建立网络用户行为分析系统的步骤、框架和系统各模块的功能，以及网络用户行为分析过程中的一些常用方法；研究了网络用户行为分析系统的数据源，并结合Web数据挖掘方法提出了相应的处理方法；利用VC和SQL Server 2000开发了用于数据处理的软件；利用聚类和回归分析方法，研究了西南科技大学校园网中的Web日志数据。

This paper are divided into five chapters, it includes: The first chapter introduces the conception and the characteristic of mineral resources, analyses the existing situation and the problems in the course of exploitation ,and opens out the reasons and the background of taxation and fee reform.The second chapter introduces the summary and the theory of the mineral resources taxation and fee, which contains the type、the trait and the general notion of resource taxation and fee、the value theory and the property right of mineral resources、the western communal article theory、the exterior theory and so on, to help us to understand the system deeply from the root of theory.The third chapter analyzes the differences about the taxation and fee institution between the home and abroad, as well as the inspiration for us.

论文正文共分五大部分，具体情况如下：第一部分研究分析了我国矿产资源现状及其开发利用情况与存在的问题，揭示了矿产资源税费制度改革研究的背景和原因；第二部分介绍了矿产资源税费概念和相关的理论基础，包括矿产资源价值理论、矿产资源财产权理论、西方的公共物品理论、"库兹涅茨"曲线理论等，从理论根源来深层次理解矿产资源税费制度的建立；第三部分进行了中外矿产资源税费制度的比较分析，包括中外矿产资源税费制度的具体介绍，分析了它们的不同及给我们的启示；第四部分研究分析了我国矿产资源税费制度存在的问题及其原因。

On these basis, databases related to transcriptional regulation and the information library of the network of gene regulation will be established, which may greatly promote the study on the function of genome, gene therapy and elucidation of the mechanism of ontogenesis, cell differentiation and the development of tumor and cardiovascular diseases.

在此基础上，开发相应的DNA分析软件，建立与基因表达调节相关的数据库，构建基因表达调节的网络体系，对基因组功能的研究，对细胞分化、个体发生、肿瘤和心脑血管疾病发病等机制的研究以及对基因治疗的研究无疑具有重要的意义。

进而介绍了环肽纳米管用作生物传感器模板，与功能性纳米材料合成制备生物传感器的实验研究进展，接着介绍了环肽纳米管作为药物或药物载体潜在的应用前景，特别是在某些抗菌和抗感染药物开发设计中的应用以及环肽在不同极性的环境中自组装过程微观机制的MD模拟研究进展，最后介绍了环肽纳米管作为模板，制备磁性、电性纳米材料方面的实验和理论研究进展。
