文摘：针对我国主要豆科作物大豆和花生的研究成果，并结合本身研究工作内容，(1)总结了与宿主共生的根瘤菌生物学多样性，包括大、小样本的土著根瘤菌群体数量、分离频率、类型与分布及其菌株―宿主共生混交性与亲和性；(2)评述了根瘤菌―宿主植物共生体双边固氮改良，包括优良菌株的选育、宿主品种资源共生特性的评价与利用及特异性状的选择；(3)讨论了我国这一类共生体资源的丰富性以及有必要进一步加大力度研究有益资源的开发和利用的问题。

By above research, the following results are obtained.(1)The extracting module of aero-radioactive thematic information is integrated with ENVI, the remote sensing image processing software;(2) Based on the IDL, the computer program modules extracting following uranium thematic information have been developed, including initial uranium contents, active uranium contents, uranium migration coefficient, uranium information strengthen, uranium D-value and variance Ratio etc, al. Some of kalium special information extracting modules are also developed;(3)Based on the IDL, the aero-radioactivity information multi-parameter focus analysis module is developed;(4) It is proposed that a lots of phenomenon of uranium immigrating exist in Keping-Kuche are in the Neocene period. Because of the uranium pre-enrichment, the areas with high uranium content were formed in Neozoic and Quaternary. The above migration uranium are also the abundant source for uranium ore-forming in favorable strata of Mesozoic and Cenozoic system;(5)There are obvious uranium immigrating and enrichment in Eastern Portion of Keping Block Uplift, Yinate-Laolongjiang, and Qidaoban-KuChe.

通过上述研究，取得了如下成果：(1)实现了航放专题信息提取模块与ENVI遥感图像处理软件的无缝集成；(2)基于IDL语言开发了初始铀含量、活性铀含量、铀迁移系数、铀信息增强、铀差值方差比等航放铀专题信息，钾专题信息提取处理程序；(3)基于IDL语言开发了航放信息多参数聚焦分析处理程序；(4)发现柯坪-库车地区在晚第三纪开始出现了大量的铀迁移富集现象，不仅使上第三系、第四系沉积时因铀的预富集而形成铀含量高场区，而且也为研究区中新生代有利目的层的铀成矿提供了铀源条件；(5)研究认为，研究区柯坪断隆东段，英阿特-老龙江，七道班-库车等三个区块存在明显的铀迁入富集。

The generating reason,response characteristic and distributing rule of remaining oil was deeply studied aiming at water-flooded continental reservoir with characteristic of intense heterogeneity,high water-cut,low recovery efficiency,complex distributing rule of mobile remaining oil,intergrowth of major and untabulated formation . At the same time,a systemic method of evaluation and predicating remaining oil and pressure was put forward basing on the theory of development geology,seepage flow mechanics,fluid mechanics which resolved the hard technologic problem of predicting remaining oil and pressure.

本文针对陆相注水开发油藏具有非均质性强、含水率高、原油采收率低、可采剩余油分布复杂、主力产层和表外产层同时存在等特点，深入研究了剩余油的形成机理、响应特征和分布规律，应用开发地质学、渗流力学、流体力学和地质统计学理论，将静态地质数据和动态开发数据相结合，综合现有的与剩余油及压力分布有关的所有资料，提出了一套系统的评价和预测剩余油及压力的方法，较好地解决了目前剩余油与压力评价和预测中的技术难题。

The open architecture intelligent control system for the machining processes is developed and realized by using the key techniques such as plug in module , signal processing network and script command file , etc., on the PC/DSP based open architecture platform. According to the architecture requirements, the principle and development methods of the open real time platform as well as the PIMs used for the intelligent machining processes are studied and designed. Subsequently, the objective systems for the adaptive control and the on-line tool wear estimation are configured by using the SCF files separately.

研究了基于PC/DSP的开放结构智能切削加工控制系统的开发与实现，采用插入式模块PIM(Plug-In-Module)、信号处理网络SPNt和过程描述命令文件SCF等实现系统开放结构的三项关键技术，根据开放结构实时系统平台的结构特点、工作原理及开发过程，设计开发了基于智能切削加工理论和方法的插入式模块的算法流程，采用描述命令文件配置了自适应控制与刀具磨损在线估计的应用目标系统。

The main research activities of the Department cover the general layout of hydro projects, hydraulics of spillways for high dams, energy dissipation and river bed or bank erosions, flow induced vibration, cavitation and air entrainment, river ice, hydraulic transient flow simulation and control on hydropower project, pumped storage project and long distance water transfer project, optimization of thermal/nuclear power plant and other industrial cooling systems, investigation of the fundamental theory of stratified/mixing flow and its applications, studies on fluid mechanics and thermodynamics of large scale cooling towers, hydraulic field observations for existing projects, development of instrumentation for physical model tests and field observations.
