According to the problems existing in the FFSPM (Form-Fill-Seal Packaging Machine) and its design mode,computer technology and theories of industrial design are combined,a new mode of research and development of FFSPM based on CAID(Computer Aided Industrial Design) is introduced.

针对制袋-充填-封口包装机及其设计模式所存在的问题，将计算机技术和工业设计理论相结合，提出了基于CAID的制袋-充填-封口包装机的研究与开发模式，为包装机械的改进和优化提供了理论依据，为其开发与设计提供了新的思路。

This institute setted up four scientific research organization: institute of biodiversity and ecological engineering, center for research and development of new drugs, institute of environmental and biological technology, center for research and development of dasheen, three departments: biology science, biological technology, biological resource and environment, four disciplines for undergraduate: biochemistry and molecular biology, ecology, cell biology and environment science, four disciplines for graduate: biology science, biological techonology, biological engineering and environment science.

学院现有生物科学、生物技术、生物资源与环境三个教学系和生物多样性与生态工程研究所、新药研究与开发中心、环境与生物技术研究所、魔芋研究开发中心四个科研机构；有生物资源与环境"211工程"建设国家重点学科和生物化学与分子生物学、生态学、细胞生物学、环境科学4个硕士学位点及生物科学、生物技术、生物工程、环境科学4个本科专业。

Aimed at these problems, it presents some suggestions on how to improve the professional level of the Chinese enterprise trainers: specifically to set up professional organizations from top to bottom; to emend the professional standards on the basis of professional investigation and job analysis; to strengthen the legislation and execution of laws in training markets; to integrate the internal and external experience of training to find a better way out; and to press on with the research and development of enterprise trainers profession.

结合前半部分论文对英美企业培训师的职业分析成果，论文的最后部分对如何提升我国企业培训师这支队伍的专业化水平提出了一些建议，具体包括：自下而上地建立培训师专业组织；以职业调查和工作分析为基础开发职业标准；加强培训市场的立法与执法力度；把国外培训师培训经验与国内的经验整合起来；加紧进行培训师业务的研究与开发。
