Based on the study and inheritance of the domestic and overseas achievement in the related field, this thesis makes research into the theory and application: On theory, this thesis puts forward the concepts of Engineering Cost, Engineering Cost Management and Engineering Cost Estimation, analyzes the relation between them; And it introduces the factors which influence the engineering cost estimation, then puts forward the study of the methods; It particularizes the common methods of estimating the engineering cost, introduces the principle, the operation and the application condition, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each method; By introducing the mention, the principle, the reasoning process and the comparison with the traditional reasoning mechanisms, it makes out the essence of this method, and views it as a whole.

本文在研究、继承已有国内外研究成果的基础上，在理论和应用方面都进行了研究：理论方面，提出了工程造价、工程造价管理、工程造价估算的概念，分析之间的相互关联；介绍工程造价估算的影响因素，提出对编制方法的探讨；列举出目前常用的工程造价估算方法，介绍各种方法的原理、使用方法及应用条件，分析各自的优缺点；通过介绍基于案例推理的提出、基本原理、推理过程和与传统推理机制的比较，剖析该方法的精髓，对其有了整体把握。应用方面，基于对研究对象的深刻理解，分析了工程造价估算问题和基于案例推理二者结合的必要性和可行性；建立了基于案例推理的工程造价估算系统，综合运用模糊数学、灰色理论、运筹学等知识，构造了系统算法；并运用上述理论和方法进行了实例分析，实现了基于案例推理的工程造价估算问题的初步研究，使得运用基于案例推理方法解决工程造价估算问题的设想得到了肯定。

PartⅥdraws some conclusions of applying path dependence theory on studying legal changing history of American constitutional protection of private properties, recalls legal changing history of constitutional protection of private properties in our country, analyzes and approves present value of the Property Law of PRC, permutes the value of applying path dependence theory on studying legal changing history of constitutional protection of private properties in our country, and points out future research direction of this subject.

第六章&美国私有财产权宪法保护法律变迁与路径依赖研究的启示&对本文研究内容进行了总结和升华，对路径依赖理论应用于美国私有财产权宪法保护法律变迁研究得出了几点结论，回顾了我国宪法对私有财产权保护的历程，分析和评价了现时期颁布实施物权法的现实意义，提出了应用路径依赖理论研究我国私有财产权宪法保护法律变迁的价值，并指出了论文今后进一步研究的方向。

Secondly, the endoscopy of engine fault inspection based on stereovision is researched and the system faced to this application is developed, thus the problems of stereovision applied to macroscopical images such as endoscopic images are resolved in method and computation. In addition, inside scenes are reconstructed and typical damages of engine inside are analyzed. Thirdly, the investigations of system formation, methods applied and algorithms study of debris analysis based on stereovision is carried out. Thus the problems of stereovision applied in debris analysis are resolved mainly. Furthermore, the integrated method combine with 3D symbolic parameters is studied and discussed for the recognition of debris configuration in pilot.

美国西部妇女史近半个世纪的探索与妇女研究发展轨迹相当。70年代受女性主义运动及新社会史、后现代主义等学术思潮的影响，研究者们致力于&她史&，使得该研究得到了迅速的发展。80年代以后，女性研究的焦点转入社会性别理论，西部妇女史的研究中也广泛采用这一分析范畴，同时强调西部妇女多元文化的历史背景。90年代以来，随着理论的不断深化和史料的丰富，该研究从微观上强调西部妇女的族裔、文化、阶级、职业等的差异，从宏观上强调全新意义上的&两性史&，即要求在一个新的历史基准体系之下对各种妇女群体作出价值评估，并将妇女的历史编入西部历史之中。

However, in this field of study in China there still exists five points of issues as follows:(1) the forecast of natural gas hydrate resource at the sea is exaggerated;(2) studies on hydrate reservoiring dynamics, reservoiring system, and especially the hydrocarbon source are not enough as well;(3) research on physical stratigraphy of hydrate sedimentary reservoir rocks is still blank;(4) the relationships among the BSR in the seismic profile, blind zone of amplitude, and sedimentary reservoir are still unknown;(5) the exploration technical studies are not complete and systematic yet.

但是，中国海域天然气水合物的勘探研究还存在5个方面的主要问题：海域天然气水合物资源量预测过大；对天然气水合物成藏动力学、成藏体系研究不够，尤其是对烃源研究不够；中国在天然气水合物沉积层岩石物理方面的研究几乎还是空白；对地震剖面上的BSR、振幅空白带与天然气水合物沉积层的关系仍然不是十分清楚；中国目前的天然气水合物勘探技术研究还不够深入、不够系统。

In management practice, many experts made a lot of research on material motivation means, which can be measured. With this study advantage, it has formed a perfect, structural system, and, it also develops in the new era, for example, the stock-share motivation etc. comparatively speaking, there are less research on the immaterial motivation, let alone to form a perfect, systematic structure. Research on the immaterial motivation should be put on the agenda as the richening of material situation, the rising in management cost as well as the decreasing of marginal effect in material motivation.
