The thesis is made up of five chapters:In chapter one, on the basis of the important status of the perspective of children in teachers" belief and research on teacher, the existing problems of kindergartener"s perspective of children, and the international trend of teacher research: from paying close attention to teacher"s behavior to paying more attention to teacher"s belief, the author establishes the research question, analyzes the purpose and meaning of this research and retrospects relevant researches on the perspective of children.

本项研究选择了火木层孔菌及另外5种木材分解能力较强的阔叶树上的白腐菌：粗毛盖菌、三色革裥菌、冬拟多孔菌、偏肿拟栓菌和血红密孔菌，研究了它们对山杨木材木质素的分解能力，测定了经6种白腐菌分解一定时期的山杨木材木质素的含量，作为木材白腐菌对山杨木材木质素生物降解机制的初步研究，旨在为山杨木材生物制浆造纸提供应用基础理论研究，同时也可为木质素合理的生物转化为有用的化学品、生物漂白、酶处理防止机械浆的返黄、废水治理、纤维素酶解糖化的微生物前处理等提供相关的借鉴研究，以期在生产实践中减轻环境污染并充分利用木质素资源。

In order to overcome the defect of traditional methods and to find a new simply and effective time-domain method to eliminate the influence of boundary reflection. The main contents of studies and achievements are as follows: The liquefiable saturated sand dynamic character researches are conducted by means of the resonant column test and the dynamic tri-axial test; The undrain dynamic relationship between stress and strain, the damping ratio, saturated sand liquefaction mechanism, laboratory liquefaction standard, the effective factors of liquefaction are considered in laboratory. Liquefaction strength parameters used in element numerical simulation are obtained.

为克服传统方法存在的问题，寻求一种简单有效、能消除截断边界反射影响的时域有限元方法，本文主要开展了如下研究工作：对工程场地土体进行了标准贯入、静力触探、剪切波速等现场原位试验、室内动三轴试验以及共振柱试验，针对研究区域内可液化的饱和土进行了动力特性试验研究，分析了饱和土体的不排水动应力～应变关系和阻尼特性；对研究区域内的饱和砂土的液化机理，室内试验液化判别标准及影响饱和砂土液化的诸多因素进行了研究，得出了工程场地土体的抗液化强度指标等有限元模拟所需参数。

In the past 3 years, we have made the following progress:（1）we devised some theoretical schemes performing quantum information processes in encoded subspaces under the condition of general interaction models;（2）considering some practical physical systems,we provided some more efficient schemes performing quantum information processes under actual physical conditions;（3）we studied the stability of the entanglement in 2-qubit system under several decoherent environments;（4）we studied the optimal successful probability of some kinds of nondistortion quantum interrogations in quantum subspaces;（5）we also investigated some fundamental questions in quantum information fields such as quantum channel,quantum teleportation etc.
