Proceeding from the above purpose and thinking, the following of research contents is launched that: Chapter one is a part of the prolegomena, and mainly introduce the purpose, meaning, research background, documents survey in which the tax compliance discrimination models concerned. On the basis of the investigation of the critical to taxation, Chapter two reveals the index system, and uses the discriminating analytical method to judge taxpayers" credit, and embodies its standard and methods in judgments. On the disvovery of the investigating taxpayers" microeconomics behavior, Chapter three uses the econometrical modeling methods and data mining technology, establishes Logistic regression model, calculates taxpayer credit measure and gives the empirical analysis; Chapter four gives a work methods and suggestions in practical application of identifying models; It is a conclusion of this paper, which reaffirms the main achievements and viewpoints of this paper.

从以上目的和思路出发，本文研究内容如下方式展开：论文第一章为绪论部分，主要介绍纳税人诚信识别模型研究的目的、意义、研究背景、文献综述以及全文框架；第二章在纳税评估问卷调查基础上，提出纳税评估指标体系，并应用多元统计的判别分析方法来给出评判纳税人诚信，并具体给出其判断的标准与方法；第三章在考察纳税人微观行为基础上采用计量经济建模方法和数据挖掘技术，建立定量能测算纳税人诚信水平的Logistic回归模型，并作实证分析：第四章对比分析纳税评估模型实证研究结果，并就模型在实际应用中的工作方法、建议及进一步的研究方向展开讨论；最后为本文的结论，在该部分将再次重申本文研究的主要成果和观点。

本文以我国保险代位权的立法现状为出发点，以民商法基本理论为立足点，结合海内外的最新研究成果，将理论研究与实践相结合，运用历史分析、比较分析与实证分析的研究方法，从法学、社会学角度进行分析研究，并取得了以下研究成果：论文构筑了一个对保险代位权研究的综合分析框架；指出保险立法不完善及某些方面冲突等原因，导致保险代位权在实践中未充分发挥作用；提出保险代位权的本质是法律给予保险人减少风险损失的手段，是对社会资源加以公平配置的方式；损害赔偿金在保险人和被保险人之间的分配原则：按照他们各自对保险标的承担的风险比例进行分配；指出在人身保险中不适用代位权以及保险人有权对公法人行使代位权等观点。

It concludes that they are mainly succeeded in the subject structure of one plus four, four research layers and five hotspot research aspects. The defects are mainly laid on its lag to the construction of green land, inadequate research theory, weak schematism and inadequate work of quantification. Finally the paper puts forward prospects of Chinese urban green space system from six aspects.

总结了近10年来中国学者对城市绿地系统的研究成果，归纳其特点在于"1＋4"的学科结构、四个研究层面和五大热点研究方向，不足之处在于研究大大滞后于城市绿地的发展、研究理论深度不够、系统性不强以及量化工作不够，最后本文从六个方面提出了中国城市绿地系统的研究展望。

The main study areas are as follows: 1 The landscape classification system of the urban-rural ecotone is set up based on the studying on land-use type of urban area and rural area, and then it is used to establish a regional landscape data warehouse for deposition, modification and management; 2 A group of landscape structure and pattern indices and patch area spectrum analysis methods are used to describe the structural and heterogeneous characters of all the landscape elements from different aspects; 3 The temporal and spatial difference of the landscape pattern of main road belts of the research area are also analyzed with the same method. Their basic process and regularity of urban axial expanding of the southwestward of Shanghai City are initially knewn well; 4 According to the traits of the ecotone, the principles and basis of vegetation classification, the ecotone vegetation classification system is set up, its species constitute, community patch characters, the relationship between vegetation types and landscape categories are analyzed, meanwhile, the vegetation sample maps are made; 5 Based on above studies, some landscape ecological stratedies within the research area were discussed. 城乡交错带地区的景观分类，在对城市地区和农村地区的土地利用类型研究的基础上建立了城乡交错带的分类体系，并在此基础上用ARC＼INFO软件分时段、分区、分要素建立研究区的景观图形数据库，对数据进行存储、修改和管理；2）利用多种景观结构、格局指数和斑块面积谱分析方法，从不同的侧面对各种景观组分的结构以及区域的景观格局特征进行了分析，并对其成因进行了探讨；3）利用相同的分析方法，分析了城乡交错带中的城市干道两侧的景观格局特征的空间和时间分异情况，初步掌握上海城市西南轴向扩张的基本过程和规律；4）对城乡交错带中非独立的景观要素-植被，研究其遥感图象信息的基本特征，建立适合区域特点的植被分类体系，并在样区中建立了植被图形数据库和计算机制图，分析了植被景观种类组成、斑块等级等特征以及与不同景观的相互关系；5）在上述研究的基础上，对研究区内的景观生态对策进行了研究。

The BUCK type converter topological structure and the systematical basictheory were put emphasis on; the PFC, the reasons of power factor simply and the core of L6562 were analyzed, emphatically on the application circuit of this core, and account the design parameter of the application circuit. The sort and control mode of PWM, the control core of UC3846 and OB2262 were explained, the application circuit of this core were specific analyzed, practice picture in the real circuit uses oscilloscope were educed and contrastive analysis in this research.
