自2004年3月至2005年2月在东直门医院骨科门诊对髌骨软化症患者40例随机分成治疗组和对照组进行治疗，治疗组采用导师在临床常用的疏筋研磨点穴手法治疗，对照组采用目前治疗髌骨软化症常用的药物——氨糖美辛治疗，2周为一疗程，通过临床疗效评分进行疗效比较。
