Influence of the concentration of Cr in the leachate and quantity of Pb(CH3COO)2 of Pb(NO3)2 on the reaction of synthesizing yellow chrome was also studied. Finally, according to the criterion and standard method in GB3184-82, some yellow chrome synthesized in the experiments was sampled and the concentration of PbCrO4 in these samples was determined. The following conclusion can be drawn from these experiments.

It is studied that powder electrostatic spray, suspend fluid spray, suspend fluid electrophoresis underside coat etc. technics influences on coat quality coated with above four anticorrosive material. The property analysis is done that above four anticorrosive material and three coat technics adapt to centrifugal pump frame and running dynamic condition. In addition, the effect is introduced that castiron centrifugal coated anticorrosive material is used in coal water with alum.

本文侧重研究了典型腐蚀工作介质盐酸、硫酸、硝酸、氢氧化钠碱、氯化钠盐等品种、浓度、环境温度，对铸铁离心泵过流面的聚全氟乙丙烯、改性聚苯硫醚、改性氯化聚醚、改性环氧四种防腐涂层材料的试验使用效果和影响因素分析；研究了四种涂层材料粉末静电喷涂、悬浮液喷涂、悬浮液电泳底涂等涂装方法工艺对涂层质量的影响；四种涂层材料和三种涂装方法对离心泵结构和运行动态环境的适应性分析；介绍了铸铁离心泵防腐涂层在煤矿矾水中的应用效果。

In conclusion, rubber powder prevents gypsum and ettringite from cubical dilatation, which plays a role as soft elastic body. At the same time, rubber powder can ease cubical dilatation stress, so crack occurrence and development are decreased, and rubberized cement-soil salification erosion resistence is improved.
