At present, our company has two 30-ton crane line, able to store 8000 cubic meters blocks, five General processing plant, with an area of 12200m2, the use of production equipment have: disc saw 10 Units (4 Units one of a Computer Numerical Control piecewise), Italy sand saws (4 Units), cylinder sawing (2 Units), Italy continuous mill (2 Units), Italy fully automatic plate production line (1 sets), double-headed grinding (5 Units), fire machine ( 2 sets), infra-red four-post Hydraulic Cutting Machine (7 Units), CNC Wire Saw (2 Units), computer profiling cutting machine (5 Units), gantry profiling machine (3 Units), lap, Horizontal cylinder machine (6 Units), hand-cut machine (5 Units), Walk Mill (3 Units), special-shaped lines of milling machine (3 Units), plant 3-ton forklift (4 Units), an annual output of various granite marble and 380,000 square meters of imports of plate, sheet 100,000 square meters, producing cylindrical, cut axinite, machine planed stone, mushroom stone, step stone, paving stone plaza, special-shaped stone 100,000 square meters.

目前，本公司已拥有30吨行吊两部，能储存荒料8000立方米，综合加工车间五个，面积为12200m2，采用加工生产的设备有：圆盘锯10台（其中4台电脑数控分片）、意大利沙锯(4台)、筒锯（2台）、意大利连续磨机（2台）、意大利全自动薄板生产线（1台套）、双头磨（5台）、火烧机（2台套）、四柱液压红外线切机（7台）、数控绳锯(2台)、电脑仿形切机（5台）、龙门式仿形机（3台）、立、卧式圆柱机（6台）、手摇切机（5台）、手扶磨（3台）、异型线条磨边机（3台）、厂用3吨叉车（4台），年产各种花岗岩大理石及进口板材38万平方米、薄板10万平方米，生产圆柱、剁斧石、机刨石、蘑菇石、台阶石、铺地广场石、异型石材10万平方米。

Results:1 case with complicated pyonephrosis was treated with puncture and canalization;Two-stage operations of mini-PCNL was treated 1 week later.20 cases underwent one-stage PCNL,and were treated with single-access PCNL.The total stone clearance rate in one-stage PCNL was 95.2%;residual stones were seen in 5 case(23.8%),Only 1 case had obviously bleeding in or after operation.The mean time of operation was 2 hours,average hospitalization was 12 days.All were followed for 3-12 minths,1 case had recurrent stones.

结果：21例患者中，并发肾积脓1例，先行经皮肾穿刺造瘘术，1周后行二期mini-PCNL，其余20例均行一期穿刺取石，均为单通道穿刺取石，一期结石清除率95.2%；其中术后5例有残余结石，残余结石发生率为23.8%；术中术后有明显出血1例；手术平均时间2小时；平均住院时间12天；随访3～12个月，1例结石复发。

Methods A total of 45 patients with staghorn calculi underwent PCNL under ultrasound guidance. Among them, 13 patients had hydronephrosis and 32 had no hydronephrosis.

对45例鹿角形肾结石患者（肾结石伴积水者13例，无积水者32例）采用超声引导建立肾镜取石通道，行肾镜碎石取石术。

Some patients had suffered from obstructive jaundice, pancreatitis, bilirubinemia, alkaline phosphatase raise,γ-glutamyl transpeptidase raise and/or diameter of common bile duct exceeded 0.8 cm; and for these cases intraoperative cholangiography must be carried out. 405 cases needed T-tube insertion. The common bile duct of 105 cases was sutured without T tube. Results All cases were operated successfully.

术前确诊者，术中直接行胆总管切开胆道镜取石；术前有黄疸史、胰腺炎史和直接胆红素增高、胆系酶增高者，或胆总管在0.8 cm以上者行术中造影，明确有胆总管结石的切开胆总管胆道镜取石。405例置T管引流，105例行胆总管Ⅰ期缝合。

Results:Four of five patients with preoperative diagnosed choledocholithiasis were successfully treated by ERCP at first,then underwent LC.

结果：术前明确胆总管结石5例中4例先行术中ERCP取石，取石成功后再行LC；余11例先行LC，继而行ERCP取石。

Methods: Sixty-three cases of left hepatolith underwent operations of left-half hepatectomy, Roux-en-Y cholangio-jejunostomy and removal of stones by cholangiotomy under the condition of hemihepatic blood flow occlusion at normal atmospheric temperature.

回顾性总结63例左肝内胆管结石患者在常温下阻断左半肝血流，行左肝叶切除、肝内含石胆管直视下切开取石和肝胆管Roux-en-Y胆肠吻合等手术后，患者术后并发症、肝内胆管结石的复发率、再手术率以及术后患者的肝功能恢复情况等。

Methods: Sixtythree cases of left hepatolith underwent operations of lefthalf hepatectomy, RouxenY cholangiojejunostomy and removal of stones by cholangiotomy under the condition of hemihepatic blood flow occlusion at normal atmospheric temperature.

回顾性总结63例左肝内胆管结石患者在常温下阻断左半肝血流，行左肝叶切除、肝内含石胆管直视下切开取石和肝胆管Roux-en-Y胆肠吻合等手术后，患者术后并发症、肝内胆管结石的复发率、再手术率以及术后患者的肝功能恢复情况等。
