最后，以某型号笔记本电脑外壳为原型，自行设计、加工了笔记本电脑外壳热拉深模具，对其拉深温度、拉深速度、压边力、润滑条件等拉深工艺参数研究表明，当模具间隙为1.6mm，拉深温度为220～280℃，压边间隙为1.16，采用石墨+机油润滑时，可获得最小圆角半径为2.4mm的笔记本电脑外壳拉深件，所得拉深件贴模性良好、回弹小，达到了设计要求。
