An annealing experiment and different annealing parameters show that the coercive force and MR of the spin-valve film respectively is 358.2 A/m and 9.24% before annealing, but they have increased to 3.18 A/m and 8.54% after annealings, which proves the numerical simulating method is conductive to the improvement of the annealing conditions.

The influences of deposition time on the covercivity and saturation magnetization of electroless CoWP thin films were studied, and the surface topography, elemental composition, micro-structure and magnetic properties of CoWP thin films were tested respectively by FSEM , XRD and VSM.

In the range of this temperature, the coercive mechanism of NdDyFeB and NdDyFeBSn have been analysed with Gaunt's model on the basis of magnetic viscosity parameters. The coercivity of the former is controlled by weak pinning of domain wall, but the latter is determined by strong pinning.

实验结果表明：随着铁氧体磁粉的加入，复合磁体的磁性能虽略有降低，但其力学性能及热稳定性均有大幅度改善，特别是在铁氧体含量为87%时，复合磁体内禀矫顽力温度系数为零；不同磁粉间静磁场的存在，使得复合磁体在铁氧体含量低于70%时，其磁性能大于平均值，而大于70%时则小于平均值。

The results show that with the increase of deformation strains and thinning of Fe-Cr fibers, the saturation magnetization are about 140 A·m2/kg constantly, and the remanent magnetism and coercivity increase gradually.The magnetic properties of Fe-Cr fibers are invariant when the Fe-Cr fibers were preserved in absolute alcohol or air for more than 1 a. After Fe-Cr fibers heated in air at temperature higher than 300 ℃ for 1 h, the Fe-Cr fibers transform from ferromagnetic α-solution to paramagnetic2O3, and the saturation magnetization of samples decreases remarkably. With the increase of deformation strains, the thermal stability of thinner Fe-Cr fibers decreases.

结果表明：随着变形量的增大和Fe-Cr纤维的细化，纤维的饱和磁矩基本恒定(约140 A·m2/kg)，而剩磁和矫顽力则逐渐增加； Fe-Cr纤维在无水乙醇和空气中储存一年以上，磁性基本保持不变； Fe-Cr纤维在空气中经300 ℃以上加热1 h后，逐渐由铁磁性的α-固溶体转变为顺磁性的2O3，饱和磁化强度显著下降；且随着变形量的增大，较细Fe-Cr纤维的热稳定性较差。

For improving the static and dynamic seal properties of the magnetic fluid seal, the correlation between the seal capacity and the residual induction intensity and coercive force of permanent magnet has been studied. An ANSYS model for analyzing parametrically magnetic path was developed and optimize design of the magnetic path parameters has also been carried out based on the model and simulation analysis.
