Result: Following up 3～12 months (average 6 months), the corrected vision was from 0.1 to 1.0 and 28 eyes corrected visual acuity were more than 0.3 (82.4%). Poor vision was because of the fundal diseases. 3 eyes intraocular pressure increased postoperation,then decreased to the normal range with medicine. All eyes had no complication.

结果：随访3—12月，平均随访半年，复查时矫正视力最佳1.0，最低0.1，视力≥0.3者28眼（占82.4%），视力≥0.6者20眼（占58.8%），视力偏低多为眼底病变所致。34眼中，术后早期眼压增高者3眼（占8.8%），经用降眼压药后均降至正常范围。34眼中术后均无明显并发症。

MethodsUsing narrowing genioplasty combined with Medpor implantation treated 11 patients with wideness chin and retrogenia.

应用颏部缩窄截骨结合高密度多孔聚乙烯隆颏矫正颏部宽大后缩畸形患者11例。

ConclusionsUsing methods of narrowing genioplasty combined with Medpor implantation can treat wideness chin and retrogenia in one step. This method resolve the defaults of single horizontal osteotomy of the chin or single chin augmentation.

颏部截骨缩窄结合Medpor隆颏可一次性矫正颏部宽大及颏部后缩畸形，解决了单纯颏部截骨术后或单纯隆颏术后局部不能达到最佳的手术效果的弊端。

Good results of the these two methods have been reported. However, in some cases with a larger posterior glottic gap, the results are not satisfactory.

前两者是较普遍使用的方法，虽然可改善大多数之声门闭锁不全，但对於靠近声门后部杓状软骨间的闭锁不全往往不易矫正。

ResultsThis method was applied in 14 patients with hemifacial microsomia. All patients obtained good results.

结果：临床治疗14例，面部畸形均得到良好矫正。

Abstractive】Objective:To observe the efficacy of photodynamic therapy combined with intravitreaous injection with Avastin in one patient of capillary angioma of the opic papillary.Methods:One patient,the visual acuity was 20/200,were diagonosed as Lindau-von Hipple disease with capillary angioma of the opic papillary by B scan and Cranial Computed Tomography.

目的：对光动力疗法联合玻璃体腔Avastin注射治疗对1例von Hipple－Lindau病中视乳头毛细血管瘤的疗效观察；方法：经眼底荧光造影以及B超和颅脑CT检查确诊为von Hipple－Lindau病伴视乳头毛细血管瘤，最佳矫正视力为0.1，FFA示视乳头荧光渗漏面积为11平方毫米。

Methods One hundred and seventy-nine cases (358 eyes) with hyperopic amblyopia were divided into three groups: full correction group, partial correction group and PAL group.

RESULTS: A total of 45 eyes from 45 patients were treated with the Ahmed glaucoma valve implant and its combination surgery. At a mean follow up of 9.7 months (range3～18months), the mean intraocular pressure was reduced from 36.8±12.3mmHg before the implant surgery to 18.0±4.5mmHg at the last follow up after surgery. The success rate was 87%.The best postoperative corrected visual acuity improved 16 eyes(35%).Transient postoperative hypotony and shallow anterior chamber occurred in 20% of cases. The common postoperative complication in later was the formation of encapsulated bleb(13%).

结果：难治性青光眼45例（45眼）实行了Ahmed青光眼阀植入术或联合晶状体摘除、玻璃体切割、人工晶状体植入术等；术后平均观察(3～18)9.7mo；患者术前的平均眼压36.8±12.3mmHg，术后平均眼压18.0±4.5mmHg；手术成功率87%；术后最佳矫正视力提高16眼（35%），视力无变化21眼（47%），视力降低8眼（18%）；术后早期最常见的并发症是一过性浅前房及低眼压，发生率为20%，晚期最常见的并发症是滤过泡包裹，发生率是13%。
