Combined with (1)"The Five Competitive Forces analysis" proposed by Michel E, Porter (2)"Strategic matrix analysis" proposed by Dah-Hsian Seetoo,(3)"Strategic Management of Health Care Organizations" proposed by Ginter, Swayne and Duncan (1998), and (4)"The Nature of the Strategy" proposed by Se-Hwa Wu. This paper tries to combine these theoretical perspectives and highlights a normative model and it's details for industrial competitive analysis and strategy formulation. One side of academic aspect, we expect this model could generalize to apply to other industry as well as to health care industry. On the other side of practical aspect, we expect to offer CEO of hospital a more complete and fruitful framework for strategic and competitive analysis.

本文以国内外学者所提出不同观点的策略学说，应用於医疗产业分析，以往竞争策略架构的分析模式多引用Porter的五力分析，本文另从司徒达贤提出的策略矩阵分析法中之产业及策略分析构面来加以考量，加上Ginter，Swayne and Duncan(1998)之医疗管理分析模型及吴思华所提出的策略九说，使得在实务分析上更为完整，以期藉由此分析方式，提供医疗产业更丰富多元的思考模式。

Chemical analysis and toxic tests were combined with benthic macro invertebrates community structure alternations. Based on tri-axial graphs together with relevant matrix of decision-making, the initial bio-responsive sediment quality criteria clearly indicated the situation of heavy metal pollution, and showed the dose-response relationships between heavy metal contamination and benthic biotics. Moreover, the SQC may provide some basic material for establishment of sediment quality standards and for follow-up remediation engineering in the area.

通过将化学分析、毒性鉴定和底栖群落结构变化三基元集成为一体的三轴图和相应的响应信息判断矩阵，基于现场生物响应的沉积物质量基准能较为清晰地指示乐安江流域表层沉积物中重金属污染的相对程度和分布模式，体现底栖生物对沉积物重金属污染的剂量-响应关系，为进一步制订该区域沉积质量管理标准、开展后续的污染治理与恢复工程提供技术保证和科学依据

According to the problem of complicate shceme with multi-grade decision in the engineering management, the Analytic Hierarchy Process was introduced, the matrix model based on AHP was built and the programm of Mathcad was done. This model can be appliedin multi-goal and multi-grade decision and fetures with clear physical concept, simpleness and feasibleness.

针对现代工程项目风险管理涉及面广、技术复杂的特点，存在大量的复杂方案多级风险决策问题，介绍了层次分析法的理论与算法，改进该算法建立层次分析矩阵计算模型，并编制相应的Mathcad程序；此模型特别适用于计算机进行复杂工程项目多方案多级决策，具有概念明确、实用简单的特点。

The author develops a corresponding statistical analysis software to compensate the deficiencies of the current popular traffic analysis software in this regard. The software achieves the functions of highway traffic and OD survey data entry,statistical analysis of the traffic flow characteristics,the generation of cross flux,SQL query,OD matrix operations and so on, enhances the efficiency and quality of statistical analysis,provides the scientific decision-making of traffic planning,construction and management with a powerful data processing tool.

本文先后从概念模型研究和度量模型两方面综述了顾客满意的基本理论及测度方法，并介绍了本研究采用的测量模型和评价指标体系；进而阐述了如何用满意度——重要度矩阵结合按相关性的指标分类来对测评结果进行分析；然后，在研究顾客满意与企业绩效的价值关系时，构建了顾客满意测评指标、服务属性和企业活动之间的映射模型；接着提出了绩效管理的基本思想体系；最后，针对铁通石家庄分公司用户满意度状况进行了实例分析。

To help improve Henan Netcom Company's ability of competition, we also make the environmental analysis, the strategy analysis and the competitive analysis; distinct it's external internal strength as well as weakness opportunity, threat. We assure that the core competition abilities include advanced telecommunication network, large numbers of subscribers and various services. Then this text analysis the competitors, the potential competitors, substitutions, equipment providers and customers by using Porter theory, compare each competitor's ability and the field that they compete drastically. Through conforming the costumer's utilitarian and personal services requirement, it discover that the key factor of development is holding the group subscribers. By Boston Matrix we find out key services, staring services, problem services, then study which service is the most important for us and which one should be throw off. Base on analysis above, this article concludes the general strategy and the service strategy of Henan Netcom: enforce the stable development strategy for certain period, and perform expansion strategy when time is fit.
