According to the general process of enacting enterprise strategy and thebackground of the X enterprise ,this paper analysis the external environment and theinternal environment completely and systematically, and use the BCG matrix ,SPACEmatrix and SWOT matrix analysis method to make the developmental combine strategyof X enterprise as: market develop and product osmose strategy, product differentiationstrategy, integration strategy, coorperative strategy and avulse strategy.

Based on the background information on the part of the existing strategy adopted by the Beijing Gas Group, this paper conducts a detailed analysis of strategic issues of this group company by using such analytical tools as SWOT Matrix, Boston Matrix and Portor's Five Forces Model. The author discusses the status in quo of global gas market and domestic market, the internal environment of the group company, and the structure of gas industry. The major strategic problems of the group company are summarized on the basis of above-analysis, including the obsolete thoughts of decision makers, the weak management system of human resources, the deviation on building corporate culture, and the teetering on information processing.

论文在阐述燃气集团公司战略背景的基础上，采用SWOT矩阵、波士顿矩阵、波特竞争力模型等工具和方法，从燃气行业战略发展的角度出发，对全球燃气市场、国内燃气市场、燃气集团公司内部环境，以及产业结构进行分析，指出燃气集团公司目前在战略管理上存在的主要问题，如观念陈旧、人力资源开发和管理体系薄弱、企业文化建设的偏差、信息化进程缓慢等等。

This research aims at a domestic management actual situation of professional construction management. To do an integrity study first, and then takes 1996 American Customer Satisfaction Index as a model foundation. Using Partial Least Square algorithm as the analytical tool which studies structure model to construct a professional construction management causal model, the author makes the conclusion that the weight estimated by PLS and the score of Measured Variable construct a management matrix diagram and analyze a key factor of influencing professional construction management service quality to improve a service quality and promote a customer satisfaction. Thus, managers could assign resources correctly to promote customer satisfaction.

本研究首先针对国内工程专案管理实务运作现况做完整探讨，再以1996年美国顾客满意指标(American Customer Satisfaction Index；ACSI)为模型基础，利用部分最小平方演算法，作为研究结构模型的分析工具，尝试建构工程专案管理顾客满意度之因果关系结构模型，并根据PLS所估计出的权重与衡量变数的分数，建构策略管理矩阵图，分析影响工程专案管理服务品质关键因素，作为改进服务品质与提升顾客满意的基础，以利管理者正确分配资源，提升顾客满意度。

Tackling the problems in bank C's credit approver performance management, considering the daily work practice, this thesis reconstruct employees'KPI index system on the basis of Balanced Scorecard model, and work out a new performance management project which should be more suitable for credit approvers: the"360 degree matrix"project. Processed-based performance management is introduced; therefore the whole implementation process, including Performance Planning, Performance Communication and Guidance, Performance Appraisal and Performance Feedbacks, is described as a complete performance solution.

This paper studies environmental factors which influences Shanxi market of BYS Pharmaceutical Corporation applying theories and means of marketing and administration, makes qualitative and quantitative evaluation to exterior and interior environmental factors by using EFE and IFE matrix, and analyzes the actual place strategy. This thesis constructs generic mathematic model to estimate franchisers' integrated managerial abilities in order to choose the right middlemen; on how to evaluate dealers' performances, conceives mathematic model of franchisers' performance evaluation pole method to appraise their performances, and applies Fussy evaluation model to estimate the place pattern of pharmaceutical corporation, and makes embedded research into place motivation, conflict management and place improvement.
