The method can make the model better and improve the simulating effect and forecasting precision.Genetic algorithm is an arithmetic based on evolution and genetics used to search the optimization .

本文针对人工神经网络应用中存在的上述问题，介绍了各种改进方法与措施：如用所有样本的总效果对网络权值矩阵和阈值向量进行调整、调整量中加入动量项、标准化训练样本数据、优化激励函数以及给神经元的输出值添加偏置量等；同时还提出了一种新的优化人工神经网络模型的方法，即采用自适应遗传算法对人工神经网络模型的网络结构和权值阈值进行全局优化搜索，以提高大坝安全监测人工神经网络模型的拟合成果和预测精度。

In this paper,the raft is approximated by a thin plate with regular shape at first.Then the floating raft system is divided into several subsystems,such as plate raft,elastic foundation,etc,which are respectively modeled by four-parameter net method.After that,dynamic absorber and active absorber are put into a uniform frame to obtain the model of plate raft subsystem coupling with them.At last,according to the force and velocity relationship among each subsystem\'s interfaces,the entire plate floating raft system is modeled by subsystem structural admittance synthesis method.As the main structure of floating raft system is elastic,it is inevitably to study the optimization of actuators\' mounting positions before designing control law.In this paper,two new criterions are proposed for it.

本文首先将浮筏的中间筏架用一个规则形状的薄板近似；然后再将浮筏系统分解成若干个子系统，如板式筏架子系统、弹性基础子系统等，运用四端参数网络建立了它们的动力学传递方程，传递特性由导纳矩阵描述；接着，将动力吸振器和主动吸振器的(来源：ABC90论文00网www.abclunwen.com)分析统一于一个框架内，获得了与吸振器耦合的板式筏架子系统的动力学传递特性；最后，根据各子系统在各界面上的作用力和速度的相互关系，通过子系统结构导纳综合方法获得了整个板式浮筏系统的动力学传递方程，并在此基础上获得了系统的力传递函数模型。

By constructing a residue-residue contact matrix, using correspondence analysis, and then selecting optimal partition function of a protein according to refolding free energy and some empirical scoring functions, a new computer program, PDOM, was developed, which was applicable to both continuous and discontinuous domains. When compared with the manual partition results reported by crystallographers, PDOM has achieved an accuracy of 76% on a test data set including 55 protein structures frequently used.
