Based on the domestic and overseas theoretic researches and practices in fields related to university apartment construction and the results of questionnaire and interview surveys, this thesis studies the construction of university departments on three aspects, plan, architecture design and operation management. The author applies architectural theory and design methodology along with theories from various disciplines such as sociology, economics, psychology and aesthetics to the analysis.This thesis is divvied in six chapters.

本文通过分析了近年来国内外高校学生公寓建设发展的现状和趋势和对建设经验的总结，并在国内外相关领域的理论研究和实践基础上，通过调查和访谈的方式，运用建筑专业理论与设计方法，融合社会学、经济学、心理学、建筑美学等学科知识，从规划、建筑设计及建设管理三方面对大学生公寓建设进行探讨，为进一步规范和引导学生公寓的建设提供切实可行的参考价值和指导意义。

Such rebuilding is the precondition of setting up new self-learning modes. And then, to reach the goal of efficiently self-learning in network environment, we have to: break through the traditional way of education, in such way students are just being indoctrinated with knowledge and skills; integrate information technology course with other disciplines, improve the status of information technology in the culture education, and this also can help to enhance the students" quality of information technology skills; fully utilize the internet resources but under teacher"s instructions.

第四章通过分析与总结，得出了本研究的结论：在网络环境下，重新定位教师和学生之间的关系，突出学生的主体作用，构建新型教学模式是自主学习的前提；破除传统信息技术教学单纯知识和技术教学的模式，加强信息技术课程同其他学科的整合，提升信息技术教育文化内涵是提升学生信息素养的重要方法；在教师引导下，最大限度地利用互联网的资源是实现学生自主学习的有效途径。

The researches about wireless mobile sensor networks involve in many fields and several subjects intercrossing such as micro-electronics,robot technology, information technology,computer science and wireless communication and so on. 笔者正是基于这样的认识，对数学经典课程授课中的某些问题，重新作以教学上的审视，旨在说明，教学的科学性不仅仅限于对学科知识科学性的要求，它还要求教师对教学内容做再创造处理，使课程内容得到升华，得到提炼，成为思想性的材料，为学生所容易吸收和消化。
