Methods: The distal 1/3 of eighty humeri was scanned by 16 layer spiral CT. The morphologic features of the intramedullary bony prominence above the olecranon fossa were observed and described on coronal, sagittal and transverse section after three-dimensional reconstruction. Then the distal 1/3 of twenty humeri was splitted vertically along the coronal midline for observing the intramedullary bony crista.

应用16层CT对80根肱骨远段1/3进行扫描，三维重建成像后，从冠状面、矢状面和横截面观察并描述鹰嘴窝上髓腔内骨性突起的形态特点，然后将20根肱骨远段1/3在冠状面上从中线纵行剖开，对髓腔内骨嵴行直观的观察。

We conclude that favorable results can be obtainedwhen either nerve stimulation or ultrasound guidance is usedfor lateral sagittal infraclavicular block.

我们得出的结论是无论是用神经刺激还是超声引导来进行侧位矢状面的锁骨下阻滞都能取得良好的结果。

Results: The thickness of intertransverse ligament was about 0.60~1.39mm.

结果：横突间韧带厚度0.60~1.39mm；L(下标 3-5)节段动脉前支及伴行静脉90%以上位于相邻横突间韧带腹侧上1/2处，横突间韧带背侧中1/3处有一恒定节段动脉分支；腰神经前支与矢状面夹角18.90°~39.20°，下位横突的副突处距前方走行腰神经前支距离为5.63~8.05mm，椎弓峡部侧缘至腰神经前支的距离为1.73~3.64mm。

Methods Axial lamellate computed tomography scans of frontal drainage system were firstly performed with four layers spiral CT, and coronal, sagittal sections then reconstructed with AW 4.1 software on 65 adults ,both frontal sinusitis group (35 cases, 66 sides) and control group (30 cases. 59 sides). Related cells in frontal drainage system were studied and compared dynamically.

采用4层螺旋CT对65例成人，30例正常成人及35例额窦炎患者的额窦引流通道行水平位薄层扫描后用Advantage Windows 4.1(AW4.1)影像工作站进行冠状位、矢状位重建，动态分析和比较两组额窦引流通道内出现的相关气房。
