Methods: The sign object was put at each acromial end and clavicle end of normal acromioclavicular joint. And then acromioclavicular joint was tested the locations in abducetion+superduct 、 endoduction 、 anteflexion 、 post-extention 、 external and interior rotation by using 3D- laser scanning camera .Computer calculate the rotation of the two sign objects in x 、 y 、 z axis(x delegate clavicle axis,y delegate coronal section ,z delegate sagittal axis).

通过在正常活体肩锁关节的锁骨端及肩峰端分别安装一个激光照相扫描仪的探测端子，3D-激光扫描相机扫描肩关节在做前屈+上举，后伸，外展，内收，外旋及内旋等不同位置下两端子的位置，通过计算机计算出两端子在X、Y、Z轴（X轴代表锁骨的长轴，Y轴为冠状面与X轴垂直轴，Z轴为矢状轴）上的旋转情况。

The scope of scanning was from the roof of nasopharynx to the level of hypohyal, bonding multiplate volume reconstruction,using the image workstation to survey the cross section area, sagittal diameter, coronal diameter on the soft tissue thickness in the lateral pharyngealwall and posterior wall of the pharynx, and the postzone of soft palate, uvula palatine ,tongue and epiglottis.

采用高分辨率多排CT(multi-slice spiral computed tomography，MSCT)对正常人和OSAHS患者的上呼吸道分别在平静吸气状态下以及Müller动作下进行连续扫描，扫描范围从鼻咽顶部至舌骨下缘，图象进行三维重建，应用图像工作站测量正常人和OSAHS患者的软腭后区(retropalatal region，RP)、悬雍垂后区(uvula region，UV)、舌后区(retroglossal region，RG)和会厌后区(epiglottal region，EPG)气道横截面积(cross section area，CSA)、矢状径、冠状径、咽侧壁和咽后壁软组织厚度以及舌体大小(包括舌体长度、舌体最宽处的宽度、中纵切面面积，舌背高度)。

Methods Axial lamellate computed tomography scans of frontal drainage system were firstly performed with four layers spiral CT, and coronal, sagittal sections then reconstructed with AW 4.1 software on 65 adults ,both frontal sinusitis group (35 cases, 66 sides) and control group (30 cases. 59 sides). Related cells in frontal drainage system were studied and compared dynamically.
