Under general anesthesia,we cut the bone by sagittal split ramus osteotomy, Lefort-Ⅰ osteotomy, genioplasty, maxillo-mandibule subapical osteotomy, then moved the bone segements to the predictive place in according to the plaster models.

根据临床设计，全麻下分别采用下颌升支矢状劈开截骨术、上颌骨Lefort Ⅰ型截骨术、颏成形术、上下颌骨根尖下截骨术等不同术式，劈开截骨，按设计要求移动骨块，预制钛板进行坚强内固定。

Under the fluoroscopic guidance, the glenohumeral joint was punctured, and 15-20ml of a mixed contrast solution (22%Omnipaque and 3mmol/L Magnevist) was injected inside the joint. Then SE T1-weighted sequence (repetition time/echo time=500 ms/20 ms) was performed in oblique coronal, oblique sagittal and axial plane within 45 minutes.

Measures could be adopted in the design are introduced in this article by calculating and analyzing the ellipse flat arch bridge from two engineering examples and comparing the differences between two hinged arch and hingeless arch in different rise-span ratio.

Methods: The distal 1/3 of eighty humeri was scanned by 16 layer spiral CT. The morphologic features of the intramedullary bony prominence above the olecranon fossa were observed and described on coronal, sagittal and transverse section after three-dimensional reconstruction. Then the distal 1/3 of twenty humeri was splitted vertically along the coronal midline for observing the intramedullary bony crista.
