Results 3 cases of lesions were in the gap of"V"shape between iliac muscle and musculus psoas major on the coronal sections in the lower right abdomen closely adjacent to the cecum,which were narrowed. The lesions showed long even T1 and T2 signals similar to mucous wall particularly in T2WI image. The walls of cyst were thin and even. The cysts were round or oval in shape on transections.The cyst were cucurbits in shape in 2 cases and long cannular in a case on coronal sections and arrowy sections and borderlines of the cysts were clear. The terminal of the cysts showed taper in 2 cases. In addition, cecum polypus was found at the placket of the appendix in a case which was not shown on MRI image.

结果 3例病变均位于右下腹，冠状面位于髂肌和腰大肌形成的&V&形间隙内，与盲肠关系密切，盲肠呈外压改变；呈均匀长T1、长 T2信号；壁薄且均匀，信号与肠管壁相似，于T2WI显示较明显；于横断面分别呈圆形、类圆形及椭圆形，冠状面及矢状面2例显示呈&葫芦&状、1例呈长管状，3例末端均呈&桃尖&样变；边界均清楚。1例于阑尾开口部发生盲肠息肉，MRI未能显示。

Results: The atlanto-occipital transarticular screw trajectory was cephalad tilting in sagittal plane and medially tilting in coronal plane; the ideal angle of the trajectory was (53.3±3.4)° upper tilting in sagittal plane and (20.0±2.6)° midline tilting in coronary plane.

结果：寰枕关节经关节螺钉固定的钉道理想角度为：螺钉方向在矢状面的上倾角为(53.3±3.4)°，在冠状面的内倾角为(20.0±2.6)°。

In chapter 2,we establish theformulation of the extended mean-field theory that can be applied to cholesteric liquidcrystals,and we apply this extended mean-field theory to study the helical structure ofcholesteric liquid crystals.

MRTA original images, oblique sagittal and coronal reconstruction are sensitive to neurovascular compression, and able to demonstrate the relationship of the cisternal segment of trigeminal and facial nerves with the surrounding vascular structures. They provide reliable imaging evidence for etiological diagnosis of TN and HFS as well as for clinical preoperative assessment of MVD.

MRTA原始图像及斜矢状位和冠状位重建对神经血管接触敏感，能较好地显示三叉神经、面神经脑池段与周围血管之间的关系，从而为原发性TN、HFS的病因诊断及MVD术前评估提供可靠的影像学依据。

Results:(1) Spin-echo sequence included axial, coronal and sagittal images. In T1-weighted images,the medulla oblongata is isointense,the cistern is hypointense; in T2-weighted images,the medulla oblongata is isointense, CSF shows hyperintense, and the arteries of posterior fossa appear hypointense flow voids. The cisternal cranial nerves are not clearly demonstrated in the routine spin-echo images. In 3D-time of flight images, the brain tissue shows isointense, CSF is hypointense, the artery shows hyperintense,and the cranial nerves show linear isointense.

2，结果：(1)常规SE序列横断面、冠状面及矢状面T1WI显示延髓等脑组织呈等信号，延髓周围池脑脊液呈黑色低信号，T2WI显示脑组织为等信号、脑脊液为白色高信号，脑底动脉在池内高信号背景下由于&流空效应&而表现为低信号，常规序列由于成像参数关系而不能直接显示脑池内颅神经；三维时间飞跃(3D-TOF)成像序列显示脑组织为等信号，脑脊液为低信号，而脑池内脑底动脉则呈高信号、脑池内后组颅神经为线状等信号。

Results In sagittal section through lateral border of collum tali, interosseous talocalcaneal ligament is within (19.2±2.8)mm. In coronal section through medial part of corpus tali, interosseous talocalcaneal ligament is within (17.9±5.2)mm.

结果 在矢状面过距骨颈外侧缘内侧(19.2±2.8)mm范围，在冠状面过距骨体中部(17.9±5.2)mm范围内可见距跟骨间韧带。

2The static behavior of one prestressed spatial truss string structure is analyzed systematically in this paper. The change of the structural internal forces and displacements with the rise-to-span ratio, sag ratio, prestress and the number of brace struts is studied and the influence of these parameters on the mechanical behavior is discussed compressively in detail.
