Since it has not much been used in clinic, and never used in China, to investigate its application for cataract extraction surgery, this study use Erbium: YAG laser for continual circular capsulorhexis on patients of senile mature white cataract, hyper-mature cataract or miotic pupil cataract with posterior synechia, which are difficult for capsulorhexis.

由于迄今临床应用甚少，国内尚未开展此项技术，因此本研究利用Er：YAG激光对采用常规手法撕囊困难的老年性成熟期的白色白内障、过熟期白内障及有虹膜后粘连的小瞳孔老年性白内障患者进行连续环形撕囊，来探讨其在白内障摘除术中的应用。

METHODS: For 35 eyes of 31 cases of complicated cataract in uveitis with small pupil, the posterior synechia was separated with the help of viscoelastics or papillary collar resection of iris.

对葡萄膜炎并发性白内障小瞳孔患者31例35眼，在葡萄膜炎控制稳定，炎症消退3mo后，借助粘弹剂分离虹膜后粘连或施行虹膜环形切除，再行白内障超声乳化或囊外摘出及人工晶状体植入。

Use Erbium: YAG laser for continual circular capsulorhexis is simple, easy, safe and effective, and particularly has obvious advantage on patients with senile mature white cataract, hyper-mature cataract and miotic pupil cataract with posterior synechia, which are difficult for capsulorhexis using manualr technique.

利用Er：YAG激光行连续环形撕囊，简单、易行、安全、有效，尤其是应用于常规手法撕囊困难的白色白内障、过熟期白内障及小瞳孔等病例，具有明显优势；2。

Using Erbium: YAG laser for continual circular capsulorhexis on patients with senile mature white cataract, hyper-mature cataract and miotic pupil cataract with posterior synechia, and compared with manual needle and forceps technique.

第一部分为利用Er：YAG激光对老年性成熟期的白色白内障、过熟期白内障及有虹膜后粘连的小瞳孔老年性白内障患者进行连续环形撕囊，并与使用截囊针或撕囊镊等进行手法撕囊技术作比较。
