Results The clinical manifestations of TOBS comprised transient unconsciousness, vertigo, dyskinesia of eyeball, abnormality of pupils, dyskinesia of limbs, hemianopsia or cortical blindness, ataxia and memory impairment. MRI showed the local infarction in thalami, cerebellum, midbrain, pons, occipital lobe, temporal inner surface. The features of DSA were occlusion or stenosis in basilar artery and vertebral artery.

结果 TOBS的临床主要表现为一过性意识障碍、眩晕、眼球运动障碍及瞳孔的变化、肢体运动障碍、偏盲或皮质盲、共济失调及记忆功能损害；磁共振显示梗死灶在丘脑、小脑、中脑、脑桥、枕叶、颞叶内侧面；数字减影血管造影显示为基底动脉及椎动脉闭塞或狭窄。

Methods: Data of 63 patients (63 eyes) with traumatic iridodialysis caused by ocular trauma who underwent microsurgery were reviewed, the changes of pupil shape and vision after operation were evaluated.

回顾性分析63例(63眼)眼外伤所致的虹膜根部部分离断在显微外科技术进行修复后的效果，观察手术前、后的瞳孔形状和视力改变情况。

Results Totally 550 eyes' the best corrected visual acuity was more than 0.51-3 months after surgery, accounting for 94.83%; 30 eyes (5.17%) had iris prolapse and intraoperative complications; 4 eyes (0.69%) had iridodialysis; 6 eyes 1.03% had posterior capsule rupture; 30 eyes (5.17%) had hyphema; 30 eyes had (5.17%); 109 eyes (18.79%) had postoperative complications, including corneal edema in 50 eyes (8.62%, of which endothelial-like opacity in 40 eyes); 40 eyes (6.90%) had inflammation of anterior chamber; 10 eyes (1.72%) had transient high intraocular hypertension; 5 eyes (0.86%) had hyphema, 4 eyes had pupillary capture.

结果 术后1~3月最佳矫正视力大于等于0.5的有550只眼(94.83%)，术中并发症，虹膜脱出30只眼(5.17%)，虹膜根部离断4只眼(0.69%)，晶状体后囊破裂6只眼(1.03%)，前房出血30只眼(5.17%)，后弹力层脱离30只眼(5.17%)。术后并发症109只眼(18.79%)包括角膜水肿50只眼（8.62%，其中内皮条样混浊40只眼），前房纤维渗出40只眼(6.90%)，短暂性高眼压10只眼(1.72%)，前房积血5只眼(0.86%)瞳孔夹持4只眼(0.70%)。

We recommend to perform iridotomy during cataract surgery in patients with risk factors to prevent future pupillary block glaucoma.

本症之成因目前仍不確定，我们建议对具有危险因子的病人，在白內障手术时应同时施行手术虹膜切除术，以避免术后瞳孔阻断性青光眼的发生。
