Objective To investigate rational methods to repair different type of cicatricial ectropion.

目的：探讨不同类型瘢痕性睑外翻的修复方法及效果。

There was no significant difference in incision scar and lower eyelid ectropion.

两组在切口瘢痕方面无明显差别，均无下睑外翻。

Cicatricial ectropion was complicated. Appropriate method should be applied to different cicatricial ectropion to achieve good results

瘢痕性睑外翻病情复杂多样，须根据具体情况采用恰当方法，可取得良好效果。

Results In 7 postoperation cases, all the flaps are survived. During the 4 months to 1 year following, symptoms of lower eyelid ectropion recovered well and the potosis face are proved, no visible incision scar.

结果：7例患者术后皮瓣全部成活，随访4月至1年，下睑外翻的症状都得到了矫正，面部松弛的症状也有不同程度的改善，供瓣区瘢痕不明显。

Combined transfer of the galea aponeurotica and temporal fascia was used to repair severe infra-orbital soft tissue depression and ectropion of lower lid in 6 cases.
