AIM: To study the demographic pattern and indications for enucleation and evisceration in West Malaysia, and to evaluate the changing trends of the same over the past three decades.

摘 要：目的：通过研究近30a马来西亚西部地区眼球摘除术和眼内容物摘除术的数据统计和手术适应证，观察其近30a的动态变化趋势。

Focal therapies were applied to Group A, systemic chemotherapy (CCTV protocol, Cyclosporine, Carboplatin, Teneposide and Vincrinstine) plus ocular surgery (include focal therapy, enucleation and orbital exenteration) to Group B, C, D and E. Patients were followedup for more than 6 months. Result Of 66 cases (36 male/30 female), 16/66 cases were bilateral RB and 50/66 were unilateral.

按照国际眼内视网膜母细胞瘤分期系统分期，A期选择局部治疗（包括激光光凝和冷冻疗法），B、C、D、E期在系统化疗（CCTV方案，环孢霉素、卡铂、替尼泊苷、长春新碱）的基础上，联合手术（包括局部治疗、眼球摘除和眶内容剜出）治疗。

This is a retrospective case analysis study; Review 66 RB cases in Beijing Tongren Hospital from August 2006 to September 2007, diagnosed by ultrasound, radiology examination (CT scan/MRI) and RetCam retina examination; Classified all the patients according to International Intraocular Retinoblastoma Classification, focal therapy were applied in Group A, systemic chemotherapy (CCTV protocol, Cyclosporine, Carboplatin, Teneposide and Vincrinstine) plus operation (include focal therapy, enucleation and orbital exenteration) in Group B,C,D and E; follow-up more than 6 months.

通过回顾性病例分析研究，总结2006年8月至2007年9月本院收治的经过眼部超声、影像学以及眼底照相检查（RetCam婴幼儿眼底照相机）确诊为RB的患儿共66人，按照国际眼内视网膜母细胞瘤分期系统分期，A期选择局部治疗，B、C、D、E期在系统化疗（CCTV方案，环孢霉素、卡铂、替尼泊苷、长春新碱）的基础上，联合手术（包括局部治疗、眼球摘除和眶内容剜出）治疗，随访6个月以上。
