Methods 28 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into two groups in different application modes. Rabbits were dosed with single drop and aqueous humor were collected in different time.

METHODS: Twentythree cases(28 eyes) of cataract with small pupil and serious synechia(23 eyes with obsolete iridocyclitis;5 eyes with eye injury) were operated by cutting pupillary collar continuously, then were performed phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation.

23例28眼小瞳孔白内障，其中23眼为陈旧性虹膜睫状体炎，5眼为眼外伤术后，术中用维纳斯剪沿瞳孔缘连续环形剪除部分瞳孔区虹膜，后常规进行白内障超声乳化及折叠人工晶状体手术。

A randomized study enrolled 30 patients who were treated with glutathione+antibiotics+steroid eyedrops and 30 patients who were treated with antibiotics+steroid eyedrops after the operation. Pain, photophobia, foreign body sensation, tearing, congestion and healing time of epithelial tissue were observed and rated according to accepted standards at 1 day, 3 days, 5 days, 7 days and 14 days postoperatively.

In our study, panophthalmitis (26.9％) and retinoblastoma (18.8％) were the most common causes of evisceration and enucleation respectively.Infections of the eye contributed to 72.0％ of eviscerations while tumors contributed to 51.8％ of enucleations.
