Results In 950 patients with successful cataractous operations,187 eyes(18.4%)had the vision of super-1.0,395 eyes(39.5%)had the Vision of 1.0-0.5,292 eyes(29.2%)had the vision of 0.5-0.3,106 eyes(10.4%)had the vision of 0.1-0.3,25 eyes(2.5)had the vislon of below-0.1.In 950 patients,242 eyes(24.2%)had diabetic retinopathy,15l eyes(15.1%)had aged-related macular degeneration,27 eyes(2.7%)had ischemic optic neuropathy,7 eyes(0.07%)had choroiditis,15 eyes(1.5%)had retinal vein occlusion,12 eyes(1.2%)had cystoid macular edema,5 eyes(0.2%)had traumatic retinopathy.

结果 950例患者的l 005只眼中，187只眼(18.4%)视力达1.0以上，395只眼(39.5%)视力在1.0-0.5，292只眼(29.2%)视力在0.5-0.3，106只眼(10.4%)视力在0.3-0.1，25只眼(2.5%)视力低于0.1.950例患者的1005只眼中，242只眼(24.2%)息有糖尿病视网膜病变，151只眼(15.1%)息有老年性黄班变性，27只眼(2.7%)息有缺血性视神经病变，7只眼(0.07%)息有陈旧性脉络膜炎，15只眼(1.5%)患有视网膜静脉闭塞，12只眼患有黄斑囊样水肿(1.2%)，5只眼(0.05%)患有外伤性视网膜病变。

Methods In the ten traumatic endophthalmitis suffered (11 eyes) wax bacillus, 7 eyes were received evisceration because corneas completely dropsical, soluble, necrotic, and 4 eyes were cured by vitrectomy immediately after diagnosis.

对10例（11眼）蜡样芽胞杆菌所致外伤性眼内炎，其中4眼因角膜全部水肿溶解坏死行眼内容摘除术，7眼于诊断后立即行玻璃体切除术治疗。

Resultsthe iop of 19 eyes (20.7%) were higher than 2.8 kpa (21 mmhg), of which, 14 eyes returned to normal seven days after 0.5% timolol administration, two eyes returned to normal after two months. three eyes showed high iop two months after injection. after combination therapy, the iop of one eye was still at 3.47-4.67 kpa (26-35 mmhg), eight eyes showed aqueous flare one day after ta injection, but the symptom disappeared the next day. two eyes showed hypopyon and vitreous opacity. with systemic and local antibiotic, the inflammation disappeared after one week. three eyes showed retinal hemorrhage.

结果 92只眼中，术后眼压高者19只眼，给予5 g/l噻吗洛尔眼液点眼，7 d后14只眼眼压恢复正常；2只眼控制在4 kpa以下，持续用药2个月后降至正常；3只眼眼压在注药后2个月才出现高眼压，联合用药后1只眼眼压仍在3.47～4.67 kpa.8只眼术后第1天出现前房闪辉，第2天消失。2只眼术后第1天出现前房积脓，玻璃体腔混浊，经局部及全身抗炎治疗，局部应用复方托吡卡安散瞳，1周后炎症消退。3只眼术后第1天发现视网膜局部小片状出血。

The patients include 10 patients(20 eyes) of VogtKoyanagiHarada syndrome, 1 patients(2 eyes) of Behcet diseases, 11 patients(21 eyes) of other uveitis, 5 patients (9 eyes) of papolloedema, 2 patients(2 eyes) of choroidal tumor, 2 patients(4 eyes) of, hypotony with macular degeneration, 1 patient(2 eyes) of,Graves diseases, 1 patient (1 eye) of,blunt trauma and 1 patient(1 eye) of uveal effusion syndrome.

其中伏格特-小柳-原田综合征10例20只眼，Behccet病1例2只眼，其他类型葡萄膜炎11例21眼，视盘水肿5例9只眼，脉络膜肿瘤2例2只眼，低眼压性黄斑病变2例4只眼，Graves眼病1例2只眼，眼钝挫伤1例1只眼，脉络膜渗漏综合征1例1只眼。

The rare cases caused by clostridium perfringens infection had either acute endophthalmitis or panophthalmitis even gas gangrene change, and always occurred after penetrating injury.

这种罕见案例几乎都是在眼球穿刺伤后出现感染，呈急性或猛暴性的眼内炎，全眼球炎与气性坏疽，临床上则具有眼遽痛，前房出现气泡，血性渗出物，和迅速失明的特徵，抗生素治疗一对它无效。

Methods: Vitrectom was performed on49 patients (49 eyes) diagnosed as vitreous hemorrhage. 25 patients(25 eyes) with ocular injury,9 patients (9 eyes) with diabetic retinopathy, 11 patients(11 eyes) with central retinal vein occlusion, 2 patients (2 eyes)with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, 1 patient (1 eye) with retinal vein periarteritis, 1 patients with senile macular degeneration.

应用玻璃体切割术治疗玻璃体积血49例（49眼），其中眼外伤25例（25眼），糖尿病性视网膜病变9例（9眼），视网膜中央静脉阻塞11例（11眼），孔源性视网膜脱离2例（2眼），视网膜静脉周围炎1例（1眼），老年性黄斑变性1例（1眼），49例患者均行经睫状体平坦部闭合式巩膜三通道玻璃体切割术。

Fluorescein and indocyanine green fundus angiography were used to evalute the macular morphologic results. Results The result of fundus angiography showed that 90 cases 98 eyes had choroidal neovacularization, There were exudation age-related macular degeneration 39 cases (44 eyes), idophaic CNV 23 cases (23 eyes) and highly myopia 22 cases (25 eyes), Polypoidal Choroidal Vasculpathy 4cases (4eyes), multifocal choroidit 1 case (1 eye )and nodifferentiate 1 cases.

结果 90例98只眼黄斑部出血患者的眼底血管造影结果显示有脉络膜新生血管，其中老年黄斑变性湿性型39例44只眼，中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变23例23只眼，高度近视22例25只眼，息肉状脉络膜血管病变4例4只眼，多灶性脉络膜炎1例1只眼，诊断不明1例。

Methods 693 eyes in 603 cases with obstructive diseases of lacrmal passage,including obstruction of lacrimal puncta (23 eyes), lacrimal duct (192 eyes), nasolacrimal duct (227 eyes), chronic dacryocystitis (231 eyes), and traumatic laceration of lacrimal canaliculus (20 eyes), were treated by lacrimal plastic operation with Nd∶YAG laster and the therapeutic effects were compared among the groups.

方法采用掺钕钇铝石榴石激光泪道成形术治疗603例(693只眼)阻塞性泪道疾病患者，按泪道阻塞的部位分为泪小点阻塞(23只眼)、泪小管阻塞(192只眼)、鼻泪管阻塞(227只眼)、慢性泪囊炎(231只眼)及外伤性泪小管离断(20只眼)5组，术后定期冲洗泪道，平均随访1.5年，将各组疗效进行对比分析。

Results:22 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor, and all the dissociated edges being sharp, including 9 cases involving tear gland, 7 cases surrounding the eyeball, 2 cases showing the optic nerve and extraocular muscles thicken, and 4 cases showing several extraocular muscles diffuse thicken.

结果：炎性假瘤22例，肿块游离缘锐利，其中9例累及泪腺，7例绕眼球生长，2例表现为眶尖部视神经及眼外肌增粗，4例主要表现为眼肌弥漫性增粗；肉芽肿性炎症4例，在眶内呈铸形生长；慢性泪囊炎1例表现为内眦部泪囊区囊性肿块；慢性泪囊周围炎1例表现为内眦部泪囊区中央可见液性密度的小肿物；蜂窝织炎1例表现为右侧眶内眼球外侧密度增高，边缘模糊不清。

One case was the chronic inflammation of the lacrimal sac showing a cystoid lump in the area of the lacrimal sac. One case was the chronic inflammation around the lacrimal sac showing a small lump with a low denstiy in its center in the area of the lacrimal sac. One case was orbital cellulitis showing the density of the right part in the orbit outside the eyeball becoming higher, and having not a edge.

结果：炎性假瘤22例，肿块游离缘锐利，其中9例累及泪腺，7例绕眼球生长，2例表现为眶尖部视神经及眼外肌增粗，4例主要表现为眼肌弥漫性增粗；肉芽肿性炎症4例，在眶内呈铸形生长；慢性泪囊炎1例表现为内眦部泪囊区囊性肿块；慢性泪囊周围炎1例表现为内眦部泪囊区中央可见液性密度的小肿物；蜂窝织炎1例表现为右侧眶内眼球外侧密度增高，边缘模糊不清。
