Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficiency of fitting soft contact lens for monocular aphakia children.

目的：评价婴幼儿单眼无晶体眼配戴亲水性角膜接触镜的效果。

Methods One hunderd amd ten human subjects (one hunderd and seventy-four eyes) were included in this research. Retinoscopy was made to measure refractive errors, corneal topographer was measured by corneal topography system, Tonometry was used to measure IOP, Ultrasonagraphy was applied to measure anterior chamber length, len thickness and vitreous length respectively, Laser interference biometer was used to measure axial length, Optical coherence tomography was used to measure retina thickness of fovea area. Based on spherical equivalent subjects were divided into four groups: emmetropia group (SE0.50D), low-myopia group (-0.50D≤SE3.00D), moderate myopia group (-3.00D≤SE6.00D) and high myopia group (SE≥-6.00D).

对近视患者及正视者110例（174只眼），主觉加检影验光行屈光检查，采用Humphrey测量角膜平均曲率，非接触式眼内压测量仪测量眼内压；A与B型超声诊断仪测量前房深度、晶状体厚度、玻璃体腔长度及眼轴长度；角膜测厚仪测量中央角膜厚度(CCT，centercornealthickness)；光学相干生物测量仪测量眼轴长度；光学相干断层扫描仪测量黄斑中心视网膜厚度；按等效球镜度数(SE， sphericalequivalent)不同分正视组(SE0.05D)、轻度近视组(-0.50D≤SE3.00D)、中度近视组(-3.00D≤SE＜-6.00D)、高度近视组SE≥-6.00D）。

Abstract］ objective to assess a new imaging technique,optical coherence tomography,for the diagnosis of central serous choroidoretinopathy.methods forty-five cases (45 eyes) of csc were examined by ophthalmoscopy,binocular indirect ophthalmoscopy and oct.some patients were monitored by oct.results in images of oct in 45 eyes of csc,42 eyes showed serous neurosensory detachement,2 eyes appeared retinal pigment epithelial detachement and 1 eyes combined neurosensory detachement with pigment epithelial detachement.monitoring images of oct in 9 eyes revealed absorption of serous fluid and decrease of neurosensory detachment.conclusion oct is potentially useful as a new and noninvasive diagnostic technique for quantitative examination of patients with csc and objectively monitoring the clinical course of the serous retinal detachement in this disease.

摘要］ 目的评价光学相干断层成像(optical coherence tomography，oct )对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床诊断价值。方法对45例(45眼)中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者散瞳后分别进行直接检眼镜、双目间接检眼镜、oct 检查。9例复查时再次进行oct检查。结果 45眼中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的oct 图像，42眼表现为单纯神经上皮层脱离，2眼为单纯色素上皮层脱离，1眼同时存在神经上皮层脱离和色素上皮层脱离。9眼复查的oct通过测量脱离高度的降低可观察到液体的不同程度吸收。结论 oct 是一种新的、无损伤性的、非接触性的、并能定量的检查方法，能明确中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的脱离部位，并能进行定量的追踪观察。

Methods 500 normal cases (918 eyes), 200 long term soft contact lens wear cases (386 eyes) and 100 long term RGP wear cases (195 eyes) were enrolled in this study.

应用超声角膜测厚仪检测无角膜接触镜配戴史者500例（918眼）、长期持续配戴软性角膜接触镜2年以上200例（386眼）和长期配戴RGP≥1年者100例（195眼）的中央角膜厚度。

AbstractAIM: To study the occurrence of ocular surface diseases on staffs working in operating room and to investigate the relation between xerophthalmia occurrence and peroxyacetic acid contiguity.

目的：观察与过氧乙酸有密切接触人群的眼表情况，来分析过氧乙酸接触对干眼症发病率的影响。

METHODS:The data of 306 patients (612 eyes) were measured with ultrasonic pachymeter, noncontact tonometry, automatic refractor, A scan ultrasonography and corneal topography, and the patients were analyzed on age, sex, race, occupation, address, family history of myopia, history of corneal contact lenses, left or right eye, naked vision and corrected vision.

近视眼306例612眼用超声角膜测厚仪、电脑验光仪、非接触眼压计、A超和角膜地形图分别测量其数据。并分析其年龄、性别、民族、职业、住址、近视家族史、配戴角膜接触镜史、眼别、裸眼视力、矫正视力。

PSF 1000 analyzer was used to measure retinal image quality for eye of 26 subjects (spherical ranged from –3.00 ~-6.00Ds, astigmatism ranged from –0.75~-3.00Dc) fitted with three forms of full correction in random order : unaided eye, with rigid gas permeable contact lenses and toric soft contact lenses. The modulation transfer function curve was observed, 12 points of the MTF curve ( equivalent 12 points of LogMar VA) was used for analysis. Results.
