Objective To investigate the causation and the function of fundus angiography in the diagnosis of macular hemorrhage.

目的 分析黄斑部出血的病因及眼底血管造影在诊断中的作用。

METHODS: Three patients who reported metamorphopsia but showed no changes in the retina in conventional fundus photographs were examined. High-resolution retinal images were obtained with the AO fundus camera and by FD OCT. The images were compared with the findings obtained by standard clinical tests, including Amsler charts and fluorescein angiography.

对报告有视物变形但经传统眼底照相未发现视网膜变化的3例患者进行检查，使用自适应光学眼底照相和傅立叶域光学相干成像获得高频视网膜图像，将所获得的图像和标准临床检查结果对比，这些标准临床检查包括Amsler方格和荧光血管造影。

Qualitative and quantitative methods were applied to evaluate the relations among hemorrhage of optic disc, defect of retinal nerve fiber layer, and peripapillary atrophy by using stereo ocular fundus photography and computer analyzer systems.

患者行每月1次眼底照相，眼底立体照相和计算机图像分析系统定性及定量评估视盘出血与神经纤维层缺损及萎缩弧的关系。

For screening DR with high threatening of vision loss, the sensitivity of direct funduscopy and nonmydriatic fundus photography was 65.5% and 93.1%; the specificity was 94.7% and 97.4%; Youden index was 60.3% and 90.5%, and the kappa value was 39.1% and 61.2%, respectively.

在检出有高度视力丧失危险的DR结果中，直接眼底镜检查和免散瞳眼底照相的敏感性分别是65.5%、93.1%，特异性分别是94.7%、97.4%，Youden指数分别是60.3%、90.5%，卡帕检验的一致性分别是39.1%、61.2%。

RESULTS: For screening DR, the sensitivity of direct funduscopy and nonmydriatic fundus photography was 63.4% and 86.8%; the specificity was 76.9% and 92.3%; Youden index was 41.1% and 79.1%, and the kappa value was 41.9% and 80.7%, respectively.

结果：在检出DR的结果中，直接眼底镜检查和免散瞳眼底照相的敏感度分别是63.4%、86.8%，特异度分别是76.9%、92.3%，Youden指数分别是41.1%、79.1%，卡帕检验的一致性分别是41.9%、80.7%。

As the peripheral part of central nerve system, the eye is one of the best-perfused organs in the body. In human and in many animals, the eye has two separate systems of blood vessels that differ anatomically and physiologically: the retinal vessel and cillary vessels. The disorder of fundus circulation take part in pathogenesis of many discases, such as diabetic retinopathy, central serous retinochoroidopathy and glaucoma.
