Methods212 cases(424 eyes) were diagnosed diabetes by eyesight examination and check eyeground with slit lamp microscope and mydriasis.

方法采用查视力、裂隙灯显微镜和散瞳检查眼底已确诊的糖尿病患者212例（424眼）。
