Paired Samples T test revealed that both the LT and VL decreased (P.01), the AD increased (P.01) after cycloplegia regardless of their refractive state. The AL increased for hyperopic eyes (P.05) and decreased for myopic eyes (P.01) after cycloplegia. For hyperopic eyes, the major keratometer K1 increased (P.05) while for myopic eyes, the major keratometer K1(P.05) and minor keratometer K2 (P.01) decreased after cycloplegia. The mean corneal power of zones 5 mm (MD5) and 7 mm (MD7) decreased with myopic eyes decreased dramatically (P.01). The mean refractive power of the lower half vertical meridian is greater than that of upper half; and the mean refractive power of the lateral half of the horizontal is greater than that of the medial half.

结果：不论远视眼、正视眼还是近视眼在睫状肌麻痹后前房加深（P.01），晶状体变薄（P.01），玻璃体腔径缩短（P.01）；但远视眼睫状肌麻痹后眼轴增长（P.05），近视眼眼轴缩短（P.01）；远视眼睫状肌麻痹后角膜曲率K1增加（P.05），近视眼睫状肌麻痹后除K1降低外（P.05），K2以及以角膜中心点为中心，直径为5mm、7mm的环平均角膜屈光度（MD5、MD7）均降低（P.01）；此外，垂直径线上方的平均角膜屈光度小于下方的平均角膜屈光度而水平径线鼻侧的平均角膜屈光度小于颞侧的平均角膜屈光度（P.01）。

Results Apart from100%of delineating of the four rectus muscles,optic nerve and lacrinal gland,CT was able to depict not only about50%of oblique muscle,superior ophthalmic vein,ophthalmic artery and the trochlea,but also musculotendinous ring,aterior ethˉmoidal artery,posterior ethmoidal artery,medial and lateral long posterior ciliar artery,central retinal artery,inferior ophˉthalmic vein,supraorbital nerve,lacrimal sac,nasolacimal duct etc.

结果 眼眶水平CT断层扫描除对4条直肌、视神经、泪腺100%显示外，上斜肌、眼上静脉、眼动脉、滑车的显示率在近半数。另外，肌腱环、筛前筛后动脉、内外侧睫状后长动脉、视网膜中央动脉、眼下静脉、肌支动脉、眶上神经、泪囊、鼻泪管等也可显示。

Creating chorioretinal venous anastomosis potentially offers a means of permanently bypassing the site of obstruction to venous outflow, to recovery the retinal blood circulation and to reduce the retinal ischemia. It is one of the methods curing the reason of CRVO and is demonstrated effective in non-ischemic CRVO patients using laser-induced chorioretinal venous anastomosis. Patients with ischemic CRVO have more severe situations and high risk factors of later neovascular complications occuring, the surgery of via a pars plana vitrctomy combined chorioretinal venous anastomosis can be the newest attempting treatment.

其发病机理和病因目前仍未完全阐明，也没有有效的治疗措施；除常规的药物和针对新生血管并发症的视网膜光凝治疗以外，近年来开展的各种旨在重建或恢复视网膜血液循环的激光和手术治疗方法正日益成为眼科界关注的焦点；利用建立脉络膜视网膜静脉吻合途径，使被淤滞的静脉血流经由脉络膜血管流出眼外，促进或者恢复视网膜血液循环，减少视网膜缺血缺氧状态的发生，是多途径CRVO对因治疗的方法之一。

RESULTS: Out of 149 eyes, 90 eyes were atrophic AMD (60.4%), 59 eyes were exudative AMD (39.6%) which were further divided, according to the composition and location of lesion, into subfoveal choroidal neovasculari-zation7 eyes of classic type, 26 eyes of occult type, 9 eyes with disciform cicatrices, juxtafoveal CNV(2 eyes of classic type, 12 eyes of occult type, and extrafoveal CNV(3 eyes of occult type).

结果：在149眼中，萎缩型90眼(60.4%)，渗出型59眼(39.6%)，依据CNV造影特点和CNV与黄斑中心凹的距离分为中心凹下CNV包括经典型7眼，隐匿型26眼，盘状瘢痕化9眼，旁中心凹CNV包括经典型2眼，隐匿型12眼，中心凹外CNV 3眼均为隐匿型。

Ocular surface reconstruction was successful in 22 of 24 eyes with severe symblepharon ,but two eyes of them recurrented three months later with less than pre-transplantation in degree.conclusion: the transplantation with fresh aminiotic membrance transplantation is an effective and simple theraputic method for the pterygium and symblepharon .

翼状胬肉患者除3只眼2月后复发外，其余全部均一次性治愈；严重睑球粘连24眼中，22只眼恢复了眼球的运动功能，2只眼术后3个月再次发生睑球粘连，但粘连面积较术前明显减小。结论：新鲜羊膜移植是治疗翼状胬肉及睑球粘连的有效方法。

Methods:In addition to the Schirmer Test for Tear Break-Up Time,Rose Bengal Staining and Fluorescein Staining were used.We tested the tear film mucous layer by CIC for a control group and for dry eye patients.

对45人90眼正常组和80人160眼实验组除采用泪液分泌实验I、泪膜破裂时间、虎红染色及荧光素染色计分等常用眼表泪功能检查外，重点采用CIC，通过观察结膜上皮细胞情况及杯状细胞数来了解正常眼、干眼的泪膜粘液层的情况。

Materials and Methods Thirty SD rats, feeding in clearing grade standard, were classified into five groups at random. Application of transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, light microscopy and immunohistological staining meth- ods, normal morphology of outflow pathways was observed and component of extra cel- lular matrix was defined. The effects of 50 IU of TNF-α given intracamerally on the morphology of outflow pathways and other tissues of anterior segments, expression of trabecular stromelysin and the change of components of trabecular extra cellular matrix were observed in 24h, 3days, 7days and 14days after injection.
