An increase in the blood flow velocity of internal jugular vein,the abnormal acoustic frequency and its spectrum of TCD were signs indicated that the blood stream of CCF were drained by the superior and/or inferior petrous sinuses.TCD could detect the superficial sylvian vein where the blood flow velocity increased when the cortical veins were the main veins draining CCFs.

异常眼静脉搏动征，血流反向是诊断CCF眼上静脉引流的可靠指标；颈内静脉流速增高，声频及频谱异常是CCF血流经岩上窦、岩下窦引流的征象；当以皮层静脉引流为主时，颅内常可检出流速增高的侧裂静脉。

Methods. PSF 1000 analyzer was used to measure retinal image quality for eye of 26 subjects (spherical ranged from –3.00 ~-6.00Ds, astigmatism ranged from –0.75~-3.00Dc) fitted with three forms of full correction in random order : unaided eye, with rigid gas permeable contact lenses and toric soft contact lenses. 结果在模型制备后第35天，治疗组18只眼发生牵引性视网膜脱离，占56.3%，对照组26只眼发生，占81.3%(χ2=4.655，p=0.031)；玻璃体视网膜增生程度治疗组较对照组明显减轻(秩和检验，u=3.5419，p＜0.001)；未发现ver对角膜上皮有明显毒性反应。结论结膜下注射ver能有效抑制外伤性pvr的发展，减少牵引性视网膜脱离的发生率；ver在实验所用剂量对角膜上皮无明显毒性反应。
