Methods:12 case of monocular aphakia children from trauma or congenital cataract were enrolled.The soft contact lenses were fitted were +10D～+13D with BC 7.8～8.4mm.Their visual acuity,ocular physiology,binocular fusion and stereo acuity were assessed by follow-up 6～40 months.
