Objective:To report a rare clinical case of frontal bone dermoid cyst complicated with intraocular infection and short P-R syndrome.

目的：报道1例临床罕见的额骨囊肿引起眶内并发症及短P-R综合征的病例。

The diagnostic features include straight and vertical anterior margin of antorbital fenestra, frontal with a vertical lamina anteriorly, surangular T-shaped in cross section, elongate manual phalanx I-1 as long as metacarpal II, and the presence of a prominent lateral cnemial crest that is continuous with the fibular crest.

其主要鉴定特征包括：眶前孔前缘平直、额骨前缘有一垂直板、上隅骨后部横截面 T 形、第一指的第一指节加长和发育的胫骨外侧嵴与腓骨嵴相连。

The results indicate that both have well-developed nasals, frontal, opisthotic, and squamosal bones, but they have no orbitosphenoid, basisphenoid, pseudomesia bar, or supplemental maxilla.

研究结果表明：2种鱼均有发达的鼻骨、额骨、后耳骨和鳞片骨，上颌口缘由前颌骨构成，犁骨上具齿，上枕骨与额骨相接，左右顶骨分离，无眶蝶骨、基蝶骨、伪头中骨和辅上颌骨。

METHODS:Forty cases of traumatic optic neuropathy were analyzed retrospectively. Univariate analysis (Chi-square test) and logistic regression were performed to filter the risk factors to the visual prognosis of traumatic optic neuropathy. Eight variables were tested, including corticosteriod treatment in 2 days after trauma,no light perception,frontal or temple trauma,orbital hemorrhage and/or fracture,disturbance of consciousness,age ,other ocular trauma and presence of blood within the sphenoidal or ethmoidal sinus.

回顾分析40例外伤性视神经病变患者的临床资料，将伤后2d内是否接受激素治疗，伤后有无光感，有无意识障碍，是否有额颞部受伤，有无眶内积血和或眼眶骨折，患者年龄，是否合并其它眼外伤及是否有蝶、筛窦积血等8个变量纳入研究，通过单因素分析（χ 2检验）和多因素分析（Logistic回归分析），筛选出影响外伤性视神经病变视力预后的危险因素。

Methods: The microstructure of the cavernous sinus of 10 adult cadaveric heads were observed under microscope through lateral extradural approach,lateral intradural approach and superior approach.

10例成人头颅标本，采用经额颞眶-颧弓开颅，在显微镜下对海绵窦的侧方硬膜外，侧方硬膜下，及上方入路进行解剖学观察。

目的：探讨以眶上动脉或滑车上动脉为供血源的跨区反流轴型耳廓复合组织岛状瓣，修复大面积鼻翼缺损的临床应用特点。方法：从2004年5月～2008年3月间，我科选用游离眶上动脉或滑车上动脉与颞浅动脉额支的吻合支为供血源所营养耳廓复合组织瓣，经皮下隧道转移至鼻翼缺损区，ⅰ期修复6例大面积的鼻翼缺损的患者。

Results (1) Cells in frontal recess: The existence of terminal cells was 45.5% in frontal sinusitis group and 23.7% in, control; anterior ethmoid cell 31.8% and 15.3%; agger nasi cells 28.8% and 13.5%.(2) Cells in frontal sinus: for perifrontal cells there were 42.4% and 22%, respectively; superaorbital cells 33.3% and 25.4%; intersinus septal cells 27.3% and 20%.
