Objective To investigate an effective method to correct epicanthus with simutaneous double eyelidplasty.

目的：探讨一种与重睑成形术同时进行的简单有效的内眦赘皮的矫正方法。

Congenital ptosis is due on the eyelid muscle imperfecta, or disposal of its motor failure caused mostly bilateral, sometimes with Epicanthus, eyes small crack, eyelid narrow, strabismus conditions exist at the same time.

先天性上睑下垂是由于上眼睑内的肌肉发育不全，或支配它的运动神经不全引起的，多为双侧，有时可与内眦赘皮、眼裂小、眼睑狭窄、斜视等情况同时存在。
