昨天把房子收回来了，钱也退了，接下来的就是装修了，又到装修的时候了，看了一下，客厅和卧室的地板用的是樱桃木的实木地板，这个我在网上查了一下，完全可以打磨，翻新，上漆等，和新的一样，光实木地板就省下不少钱，其他的大钱要用在厨房和厕所，统统敲掉，用了10来年了，都是油污和污垢，淋浴房做新的，买新橱柜，不过我的小厨房和小厕所也用不了太多的钱，装修用个1个半月差不多可以结束，同时家具和电器要到位，剩下的时间就是开始散味道了，一切事情按照计划进行，10月那么多人来上海就可以住得下了。
