In this study, the clinicopathologic analysis of 234 patients suffered LT have been performed. The pathologic features of ACR and the relationships between histological features in"time-zero"biopsies and the incurrence of complications post-LT have been studied. To discriminate between late-onset acute rejection and recurrence of HBV hepatitis, the biopsies obtained more than six months post-LT were immunohistochemically stained for HBsAg and HBcAg.

本课题通过对234例LT患者临床病理分析，以探讨ACR的病理形态特点以及术中零时相活检组织学改变与术后并发症发生的关系，并对晚期活检病例进行HBsAg及HBcAg检测，提出晚期急性排斥反应与乙肝复发或再感染的鉴别要点。

Objective To study the statement of immunoreaction of c Jun and functional recovery of spinal cord injury in rats after fetal spinal cord transplantation.Methods Experimental rats were divided into two groups:spinal cord hemisection injury combination with transplants of FSC to injured site group,and spinal cord injury that received gelfoam pledgets group.On the lst,3th,7th,14th and 28th day after operation,6 animals in each group at each time phase,were observed for their function recovery with the methods of praxiology and electro physiological examination,the animals were then sacrificed for the observation of the statement of c Jun reaction by immnochemistry method and computer image analysis system was used for quantitative analysis.

Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the distinctive clinical value of magnetic resonance urographyMRU）in the diagnosis of primary ureteral carcinoma.Methods To compare the accuracy of diagnosis of MRU with ultrasonography,urography,retrograde ureteropyelography and CT,diagnostic imaging and progress of ureteral carcinoma were analyzed in twenty-four cases from 2000 to 2006,twenty cases had MRU examinations.The original preoperative diagnostic reports of various imaging facilities were analyzed on account of the results of operation and pathology.
