Five main phenomena were found, firstly, the high plasticity clay could well suitable to large deformation, and had strain-hardening behavior obviously, as well as, the little dilatancy; secondly, there was no correlation between stress paths and shear strength but the stress-strain relations were influenced by stress paths; thirdly, the little stress increment ratio, the higher increase speeding of shear stress and breaking strength under the condition of same initial normal stress; the fourth, the relations between normal strain and normal stress in simple shear test was consistent with which in the single-direction compression test, if there was no dilatancy; the last, the curve of relation between stress ratio and shear strain could be well simulated by hyperbola.

试验结果表明，高塑性粘土能够较好地适应大变形，接触面剪应力与切向应变关系呈剪切硬化型曲线，法向剪胀不明显；接触面剪切强度与应力路径无关，应力应变关系与应力路径密切相关；初始法向应力一定，应力增量比越小，剪应力增长越快，对应的破坏剪应力也越高；无剪胀发生情况下，法向应变与法向应力关系曲线与单向压缩试验具有一致性；应力比与切向应变呈良好的双曲线关系。

Part two is about the analysis of theoretical basis for the social assistance legal institutions,which includes their department classification,their analysis of basic concept,their theoretical support and their analysis of value,and so on.The author holds that they regulate the redistributive economic relations requiring state intervenes appropriately and reflected by the actions of social assistance,they reflect and determine the implication and distribution of the redistributive economic relations,meanwhile they reflect and determine the distribution and direction of the benefits of social assistance intervened by state appropriately.Their appearance expresses the legal connection created for the poverty phenomena between state and the poor,so these legal institutions should be classified into the department of social distributive law in economic law which reflect the essence of economic law that state intervenes the economic relations required intervention appropriately.

第二部分是社会救助法律制度的理论基础分析，其中包括社会救助法律制度部门归属辨、社会救助法律制度的基本理念剖析、社会救助法律制度的理论支持以及社会救助法律制度的价值分析等内容，认为社会救助法律制度规制了由社会救助行为所反映出来的这种需要国家适度干预的再分配经济关系，反映并决定了这种再分配经济关系的牵连和分布，同时反映和决定了在国家适度干预下相关社会救助利益的分配和流向，其出现媒介了国家和贫困者之间因为贫困现象而生成的法律关系，这一法律制度归属于经济法部门中的社会分配法律制度子部门，明显地体现着经济法的本质属性——国家对需要干预的经济关系的适度干预。

Halford et al. proposed a theory of relational complexity to interpret the essence of task difficulty. To be exact, the difficulty of task can be determined by the number of argument or dimension related, which is called the re?鄄lational complexity. The relational complexity is increased with the processing demand. We can adopt such mech?鄄anisms as conceptual chunking and segmentation to reduce the complexity.

This paper aims at the prominent issue that current models of spatial topological relations can not represent complex object, among which 9-Intersections Model (9IM) is well known. Therefore, taking cadastral data as example, one model of topological relations between complex and spatio-temporal objects based on 9IM is put forward. And the improved sweep-line algorithm is designed. Specific studies as follows:(1)According to the concepts of point set topology, the author distinguishes the complexity of the object, redefines the spatial point, line and region. For instance, in the simple region, concave one is more complex than convex, composite regions can be composed of many parts or with holes, and so on.

本文针对当前空间拓扑关系模型无法表达复杂对象的突出问题，以地籍对象为实例，以9I模型为基础，探索了一种适合复杂对象和时空对象的拓扑关系表达模型，较好地解决了地籍对象中各类要素间拓扑关系的描述和应用，实现了地籍变更中变化语义类型的推理和历史回溯；通过对现有的拓扑关系计算方法进行了改进，设计了相关算法，给出了C语言程序示例；最后通过实验系统的实现，验证了模型和算法的可行性。

In addition, this thesis also studies the aspects of international relationship, national security, Taiwan history of culture, the interaction and relation of Taiwan Straits, etc and explores the strategies of international political and economical issues and the development of the relations among US, mainland China and Taiwan, the structure of country security, the relation of culture and local though, history evolution and political changes, and the effects of basic doctrinism, the goodness of new government for the people.

本文系藉由相关之研究方法，诠释民进党自建党初期，历经「台湾主权实质独立论」时期、「台湾独立建国论」时期、「革新保台论」至政党轮替前等各时期的大陆政策演变，并从国际关系、国家安全、历史文化、两岸关系与互动等方面，以国际政经与战略、美中台三边关系的发展、国家安全架构、文化与本土思潮、历史演进与政治变迁、基本教义派的影响、新政府的善意表现、连任后的两岸关系与互动以及反分裂国家法对两岸关系的冲击等角度来探讨影响民进党政府大陆政策制定的背景因素。

Tumorous stem yield was only significantly hereditarily positively correlated with vegetative duration, developmental duration, ratio of stem and leaf, horizontal length and whole plant fresh weight, negatively fur percentage and tumorous stem index. There were close relation and harmonies among the quantities characters that were significantly hereditarily correlated with tumorous stem yield. In the relation field of June, there is a quasi transmeridional high relation axes along 30°~35°N, and it moves northward to 34°~40°N in July and to 40°~45°N in August.

结果表明，西太副高的脊线位置与中国大陆一些区域的深层地温的关系明显，高相关区域在100°~115°E，30°~45°N之间。6月份，沿30°~35°N有一准东西向的高相关轴线，7月高相关带北移至34°~40°N， 8月高相关带北移到40°~45°N。
