探究结果表明：TC尺度有明显的季节变化特征，平均尺度在4月份最大，达到230.4km，2月份最小，为69.5km；TC尺度有明显的区域分布不均匀性，TC尺度出现最大值的区域位于28.6～29.5°N，131.1～133.0°E的海面上，而在123°E以东和12°N以南地区，TC尺度往往都在200km以下；对于不同强度的TC，其尺度和强度变幅有明显差异，热带风暴的24h尺度变幅最大，而台风的24h强度变幅最大；TC尺度和强度的相关性在不同路径下是有差异的，西北行、西行、北上型的TC尺度和强度呈显著的正相关，两者的相关系数达到了0.93以上，东北行和回旋型的TC尺度和强度的相关系数接近0.6，转向型TC的相关系数在0.85左右；此外，TC尺度和强度的相关性在其生命史的不同阶段也存在显著差异，在发展期，尺度和强度的相关性最好，其相关系数。。。

Temperature, clone and their interaction influenced significantly the neonate starvation, and body, egg and neonate volumes in the offspring of B. calyciflorus. The neonate starvation times of all the thirteen clones were curvilinearly correlated with temperature. The neonate starvation times of Clone SP1 was negatively correlated with body volumes. The neonate starvation times of Clone SP2 was negatively correlated with neonate volumes, but that of Clone SU1, SU3 and SU7 were positively correlated with neonate volumes.

Interstial expressionwas also present but glomerular TGF-betal expression was found only in patients with heavy mesangial proliferation. There was a significant correlation between glomerular positivity for Col-IV and severity of histological damage. There was also a significant correlation between positivity for TGF-betal and Col-IV in the tubular epithelial and interstitial lesions. In contrast, there was no ralationship between glomerular positivity for TGF-betal and severity of histological damage.The urinary TGF-betal level paralleled tubular TGF-betal expression.

结果 ①IgAN患者尿TGF-β1、IL-6、Col-Ⅳ水平较健康人明显增高(P＜0.01)，该变化与血中的浓度无关(P＞0.05)；②尿TGF-β1水平与小管间质TGF-β1阳性表达呈正相关(P=0.000)，而与小球TGF-β1阳性表达无关(P＞0.05)，尿Col-Ⅳ水平与小球和小管间质Col-Ⅳ阳性表达均呈良好的相关性(P＜0.01)，还与小管间质TGF-β1阳性表达呈正相关(P＜0.05)：③小球Col-Ⅳ阳性表达与肾组织慢性病变密切相关(P＜0.05)，小管间质Col-Ⅳ和TGF-β1阳性表达均与肾小管间质病变呈良好的相关性(P＜0.01)，而小球TGF-β1阳性表达与肾组织损伤无关(P＞0.05)；④尿TGF-β1、Col-Ⅳ水平与肾小球基质基底膜面密度、小管间质病变呈正相关(P＜0.01)，与小球内细胞数呈负相关(P＜0.05)，该结果与其在组织中的表达一致；尿IL-6水平浙江大学硕士学位论文尿TGF一B一、IL一6和Col一IV在IgA肾病中的应用价值与基质基底膜面密度、球性硬化、纤维或细胞纤维新月体所占肾小球百分数及小管间质病变均有显著的相关性(F.05)；在轻度肾病理损伤时，尿'l'G卜pl、I卜6、Col一IV水平即升高，而尿Col一W在反映细胞外基质积聚和间质纤维化程度上比尿TGF一pl和IL一6有更好的相关性。

随着代次增加，有机质和交换性Ca下降明显；土壤的CEC和交换性酸分别下降了8.8—16.1%和6.8—18.5%，因此，其养分总量亦逐代降低，其中有机质下降幅度最大；土壤酶的活性具有明显的垂直分布特征，相关分析表明，过氧化氢酶活性与土壤OM、全N、有效P、K和交换性Mg有极显著的正相关，而与盐基总量、盐基饱和度呈明显的负相关。多酚氧化酶活性与OM呈显著负相关，与全N、交换性Ca有显著相关。脲酶活性则有随连栽代次增加而有下降趋势，前两种酶在代次之间变化不明显，可能与频繁的土壤干扰有关。

According to the above study result, the diversity of microorganisms population in the SUFR system is complex and the bio-community formed in the SUFR system is stable. The close relations between abundance of bacteria and nutrients were found. The correlation between heterotrophic bacteria and COD was 0.949. The correlation between organic phosphate bacteria and TP was 0.815. The correlation between nitrosobacteria and NH3-N was 0.909. The correlation between disnitrifier bacteria and TN was 0.653. These inneglectable great factors effecting on phosphorus-uptake and phosphorus-release of phosphorus accumulating organisms are the influent COD、the concentration of DO、the sludge retention time、the temperature. The diversity of organic phosphate bacteria population in the SUFR reactor was complex and there is no phosphate bacteria taking the absolute superiority in quantity. The near-native pure culture method powerfully complement the traditional pure culture technique and enrich culture technique. The sludgy bioactivity is very good in whole SUFR reactor. By the quality of being biochemistry, the anaerobic phase is higher than anoxic phase and the anoxic phase is higher than aerobic phase of SUFR.

通过以上试验内容研究发现，SUFR 系统中的微型动物种群较多，微生物生态系统稳定；系统中微生物的数量与营养盐的含量密切相关，其中总异养菌与COD的相关系数r 为0.949，有机磷细菌与TP 的相关系数r 为0.815，亚硝化菌与NH4+-N的相关系数r 为0.909，反硝化菌的数量和TN 的相关系数r 为0.653；污水生物除磷工艺中进水COD 的浓度、DO 浓度、泥龄的长短、温度都是影响聚磷菌释磷及吸磷效果的不可忽视的因素；SUFR 系统中的磷细菌呈现种群多样化的趋势，没有占绝对优势数量的磷细菌；微孔滤膜近自然培养法是对传统纯培养技术和富集培养技术的有力补充；整个SUFR 反应器系统中污泥的生物活性很好，就可生化性来讲，厌氧反应器大于缺氧反应器大于好氧反应器；按照动力学方程式求出的细胞生长动力学特征值和SUFR 脱氮除磷系统工艺的实测值结果基本吻合。

The reseach on activity changes of SOD, POD and CAT during the somatic embryogenesis of Y35 showed:(1) The activty of SOD was from 52.98 to 133.20 U·g-1·h-1, and remained a rising trend after early single embryo forming, this revealed that SOD might be positively correlated to the differentiation of embryogenic cell and the development of somatic embryo.(2) The activty of POD was from 0.05 to 0.50 U·mg-1·min-1, ascended firstly and desceded later, and was highest in embryogenic callus and lowest in late single embryo , this revealed that POD might be positively correlated to the division and differentiation of proembryo mass, while negatively correlated to the development of PEMⅢto late single embryo.(3) The activty of CAT was from 0.86 to 2.81 U·mg-1·min-1, showed an up-down-up trend, reaching to the highest peak at the time of early embryo formating and decreasing to the lowest at the time of early cotyledonary embryo formating, this revealed that CAT might be positively correlated to the development of early single embryo, while negatively correlated to the formation of middle single embryo and early cotyledonary embryo.The changes in activty of SOD, POD and CAT indicated these three antioxidant enzymes coregulated the differentiation and development of embryogenic cells during Larix somatic embryogenesis.4. Differentially expressed cDNA libraries of the stages of proembryo mass and somatic embryo maturation were successfully constructed by suppression subtractive hybridization.

对Y35体细胞胚胎发生过程中抗氧化酶活性变化的研究显示：(1)SOD活性在52.98~133.20 U·g-1·h-1之间，并在早期单胚形成后一直保持上升的趋势，表明其与胚性细胞的分化及体细胞胚的发育均具呈正相关；(2)POD活性在0.05~0.50 U·mg-1·min-1之间，呈现出先下降后升高的趋势，在胚性愈伤组织中最高，而在后期单胚形成时降至最低，表明其与原胚团的分裂和分化呈正相关，但与PEMⅢ向后期单胚的发育呈负相关；(3)CAT活性在0.86~2.81 U·mg-1·min-1之间，表现出升-降-升的变化趋势，在早期单胚形成时升至最高，在早期子叶胚形成时降至最低，表明其与早期单胚的发育呈正相关，而与中期单胚和早期子叶胚的发育呈负相关。

Results For single treatment groups,serum drug concentration of chlorpromazine and clozapine were related to age of patients (P＜0 05),concentration of clozapine was related to dosage (P=0 01).For combination group,concentration of chlorpromazine was related to dosage (P＜0 01),also related to scores of PANSS and general psychopathological symptoms (P=0 01),concentration of clozapine was related to scores of PANSS,negative and general psychopathological symptoms (P＜0 05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that forms and methods of treatment affected concentration of chlorpromazine,age of patients and methods of treatment affected concentration of clozapine.

结果 单用氯丙嗪和采用氯氮平组的血药浓度均与年龄相关（P＜0 05），氯氮平血药浓度与剂量线性正相关（P=0 01）；在双氯组中的氯丙嗪血药浓度与剂量线性正相关（P＜0 01），与PANSS总分及一般精神病理分相关（P=0 01），而氯氮平血药浓度与PANSS总分、阴性量表分及一般精神病理分明显相关（P＜0 05）；多元回归分析显示，治疗形式和治疗方法影响氯丙嗪血药浓度，年龄和治疗方法影响氯氮平血药浓度。
