采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测88例结肠癌组织中Livin，Caspase3 及MTA1的表达情况。结果（1）结肠癌组织中Livin的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织，且Livin的表达与结肠癌的组织分化程度及淋巴结转移程度显著相关。（2）结肠癌组织中Caspase3蛋白的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织，且Caspase3蛋白的表达与结肠癌的组织分化程度显著相关。（3）结肠癌组织中MTA1的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织，且MTA1的表达与结肠癌的组织分化程度及淋巴结转移程度显著相关。（4）Caspase3蛋白的表达又与Livin的表达呈显著负相关。结论（1）Livin在结肠癌组织中过表达，它可能是促进结肠癌发生的重要因素之一。（2）Caspase3蛋白在结肠癌组织中表达被抑制而降低，且与Livin的表达呈负相关。因此，抑制Caspase3蛋白的活性是Livin促进结肠癌发生的途径之一。（3）MTA1对结肠癌的组织分化及淋巴转移发挥重要作用。

This project studies the scale-dependent deformation behavior of the metal matrix composite, the void nucleation and void growth mechanisms at the micron/submicron scale. The main results are:(1) In prophase, growth and coalescence of the void embedded in the graded matrix are analyzed in detailed;(2) Based on the infinite solid model containing a micro-void, coupling effects of the void shape and the void size on the void growth are studied carefully, the results show that it seems to exist a critical equivalent void radius, which is associated with the material length. When radius of a microvoid is close to or smaller than the critical void radius, the micro-void growth rate is essentially eliminated;(3) The coupling effects of the particle shape and size on the mesoscopic stress fields within the particle and matrix are also investigated by introducing the conception of inclusion/matrix interfacial energy. The results show that the stress concentration factors within the particle and on the matrix/particle interface are also strongly size-dependent,so the void nucleation mechanism is size-dependent.(4) By employing a specific orthogonal curve coordinate frame and a 'kernel function' conception, a 'unified method'solving the spheriodal and spherical void problems is suggested; by this unified method, size-dependent plastic potentials of the porous materials containing the spheriodal or spherical voids are obtained, which extend the traditional Gurson model for the spherical void and GLD model for the spheriodal voids to the micron scale.(5) Based on the RVE model containing the spheriodal or spherical particles, the influences of the particle shape and size on the size-dependent mechanical behavior of metal matrix composite are studied.

Correlation analyses indicated that the correlations of NAE to NUE and NHI in rice were very significantly negative,and the correlations of NUE and NHI to yield per plant were very significantly positive,but the correlations of NUE to NHI and NAE to yield per plant were not significant.

A new model used to represent interrelated evidences in DSmT framework was proposed. In this model, two dependent evidences were considered resulted from orthogonal sum of one dependent original evidence and two independent original evidences, respectively. Combining the two dependent evidences can be reduced to an orthogonal sum of the two independent original evidences and the dependent original evidence.

The statistical difference of proinsulin rather than HOMA index was found among the patients of various Gensini's score group (Gensini's score was examined as a categorical variable classified by tertile values) and significantly stenosed vessels group by means of the results of analysis of covariate variance after adjusting for age, sex and body mass index (p＜0.05), and the partial correlation coefficient between proinsulin level and Gensini's score, the number of significantly stenosed vessels after adjusting for age, sex and body mass index was 0.3156 (P＜0.01) and 0.2752 (P＜0.05) respectively. Multivariate linear regression analysis indicated that the level of proinsulin was positively correlated with the Gensini's score (P＜0.01). The results of multivariate stepwise Logistic indicated that the proinsulin was the independent risk factor for the coronary heart disease, and the odds ratio (95％ confidence interval) was 2.268 (1.253～4.105)(P=0.007), however, the HOMA was refused by the final model.

Results:(1)Head length and maximum circumference of the head,minimum frontal width and extracanthic diameter,morphological facial height and physiognomic facial width were correlative.

The positive test draws the following conclusions: control rights is significantly negatively related with firm value which indicates that the bigger control rights the actual controller hold, the lower firm value is; cash flow rights is significantly negatively related with firm value which may due to the ravening share bonus deeds by controlling shareholder; the separation ratio of cash flow rights to control rights is negatively related with firm value and not significant which may due to the ravening share bonus deeds,or the deficient market, or inadequate information exposure etc; stock proportion restriction is significantly positive related with firm value which indicates the good effect of stock proportion restriction; actual controller who participate in the management and the ratio of director who have position in controlling shareholder's company don't pass the significant test; the size of the company is significantly negatively related with firm value; the ROE cannot explain the firm value.
