We present a new method for alignment optical axis and axis of rotation in laser direct writing system using reflection of plane grating.

提出一种光栅反射对准法：在极坐标激光直写系统中利用光栅反射聚焦光斑来校准光轴和工件台的转动轴；被光栅反射的聚焦光斑成像在CCD上。

The approach of this paper is suitable for carrying out prediction of cutting forces for flank milling ruled surface under reserving uniform material to cut by using five-axis machine. And it can effectively provide the suggestions of process planning for five-axis flank milling operation.

本文方法适用於直纹曲面在预留均匀的余料下，进行五轴侧铣切削力预测，可有效提供五轴侧铣切削的切削条件规划。

Results: IVUS revealed that the cross-section views of coronary artery IMH appeared as a homogeneous, hyperechoic, crescent-shaped or circular area within media or between media or EEM, and the long axis views of IMH presented unbent or tortuous homogeneous space-occupying lesions with varied length.

结果：IVUS显示不冠状动脉壁内血肿的短轴观呈新月形或环形，呈等于或稍强于血液的斑点状回声，长轴观显示为中膜内或中膜与外膜之间长度不等的占位，形态或直或扭曲，呈接近血液回声或稍强回声。

The distribution of gear's contact stress, root stress, and contact engagement line in the engagement situation of gear pairs, were obtained on the base of explicit integration method. 3. Adopting the method of system matrix, the torsional vibration differential equation of general shafting was gained. The simple harmonic forms of excitation torque under the normal combustion or piston flameout of in-line engine and v-type engine were analysed. The decoupled algorithm of free vibration and forced vibration and the solution to the vibration damper's energy of resistance and the off-resonance calculation were studied. The sensitivity formulations of the natural frequency and vibration mode to physical parameters of system were derived by solving the eigenvalue problem. These sensitivity formulations provided the theoretical base for the dynamic modification of structure.

运用系统矩阵法建立了轴系的扭振微分方程，并对直列和V型发动机在正常发火和气缸熄火工况下的激振力矩进行了详细的简谐分析；基于精确方法推导了自由振动和强迫振动的解耦算法，给出了能量法计算中的减振器阻尼功求解和非共振计算方法；并研究了曲轴系扭振非线性分析中的变惯量问题，得到了单缸转动惯量的精确求解公式以及变惯量和固有频率的关系式；最后，从特征方程和振型正交性出发，推导了固有频率和振型对轴系转动惯量和刚度等物理参数的灵敏度，为扭振系统的结构动力学修改提供了理论基础。

The numerical results indicate that the collimating performances of two lens changed little as the increasing of the refractive index and this made it possible to choose the material of the lens in more field.Theoretically,the radiation angle of laser diode beams in the quick axis can be compressed under 0.1 mrad.

结果表明：这两种柱透镜的准直效率随折射率的变化不大，这在一定程度上提高了透镜材料选择的灵活性；并且理论上，共轴双半椭圆柱透镜可以将半导体激光光束快轴方向的发散角压缩到0.1 mrad量级。
