目的 观察心脏含血停搏液加入外源性腺苷在心内直视术中的心肌保护作用。

L-carnitine as an ingredient of cardioplegia solution has a good protective effect on myocardium in patients with CPB.

在心内直视手术中，左－卡尼汀作为心脏停跳液的成分，对心肌具有较好的保护作用。

Methods: Posterior atlanto-occipital transarticular Kirschner wire implantation was performed under visual control on 30 dried bony specimens that contained complete atlanto-occipital articulation ,and cephalocaudal and lateral X-rays were taken, on which the angle and the length of the screw trajectory were measured.

30例含完整寰枕关节干燥骨性标本，直视下行后路寰枕关节经关节克氏针植入后行X线摄片，在X线片上测量寰枕关节经关节螺钉固定的钉道角度和长度。

Methods: The coated metallic stents were introduced by direct observation of endoscopy for 30 patients with cancerous esophagotracheal fistula. The all 30 cases of the patients were associated with pulmonary infection,dystrophia and choke before the operation. The success rate of the implantation,complication rate and curative effect were observed after the operation. Results: The first success rate of the patients was 100%. All patients could take food after the operation and the pulmonary infection was also controlled apparently. The median survive time was 10 months.

在内镜直视下置入国产金属带膜支架，观察支架置入成功率、操作相关并发症、支架疗效和并发症等指标。30例癌性食管气管瘘患者，术前伴明显的肺部感染和严重营养不良及进食呛咳等症状，结果：30例患者支架置入术操作一次成功率为100%，支架置入术后患者进食困难均有改善，肺部感染得到明显控制，随访平均生存时间10月(2～16月)。

Objective To report a group of the clinic using of intracardiac operations by right subaxillary small incision with hypothermic heart beating.Methods From 1997 to 2004,forty congenital heart disease had been performed endocardiac teratogenic orthopedic operation with hypothermic heart beating.

目的 报告组经右腋下、小切口浅低温，心脏跳动下心内直视手术的方法及结果方法 1997年5月～2004年12月， 31例先天性心脏病患者在心脏跳动下完成了心内畸形矫正术。

Methods 58 cases patients needing endocardiac orthoptic surgery were enrolled in this study, they are divided into control group and SFI group randomly. Injecting of SFI 1ml/kg by intravenous before CPB was performed in group SFI, tidal volume, Pmax , Pmean and calculating Crs and RI during 10 min , 30 min , 60 min after the trachea intubating, in the beginning of CPB and during 10min, 60min, 120min after CPB were recorded.

选择临床心内直视手术病人58例，随机分为对照组和SFI组，SFI组于CPB前予SFI 1ml/kg静注，记录气管插管后10、30、60 min，CPB手术开始时，CPB停止后10、60、120min时的潮气量、气道峰值压、平均气道压并肺顺应性和呼吸指数。

Endoscopic Ways at nose under the guidance of biological tissue using laser thermal effect, 61 cases of allergic rhinitis patients with nasal ethmoidal nerve distribution area [1] (before the upper lateral wall of the nasal cavity, middle turbinate, inferior turbinate anterior , anterior nasal septum) punctate mucosal tissue coagulation, vaporization treatment, the results of a success rate of 90.16 percent, followed up for 6 months 1 3 years.

在鼻内镜直视引导下，利用激光对生物组织的热效应，对61例过敏性鼻炎患者进行鼻腔筛前神经分布区[1]（鼻腔外侧壁前上部、中鼻甲、下鼻甲前部、鼻中隔前部）粘膜组织斑点状凝固、汽化治疗，结果成功率达90.16%，随访6个月一3年，效果良好。
